yeah i finished it about a week ago and loved it but the ending did leave me feeling dissatisfied. idk needed the 3rd act to be more fleshed out, i wanted better from duke and alexei
I think this is one of the very very verrrry few RPG games with excellent western-voice actors. usually they suck balls, but i truly loved this game. And whoever they got to voice act for Duke was perfect and should get him in more series and so should other companies. This game honestly had such a great challenge for side quests and a perfect balance for the main story imo.
Its hard to believe its been so long since this game came out. i was unaware of it until i saw it at a store and i instantly bought it. now i still play it to this day. :)
Tales of vesperia was my favorite even after playing Abyss xillia and Graces (Graces had a storyline that was garbage) but vesperia had my favorite ending and I loved the soundtrack I loved the characters the move sets the open world this is one of the tales games that you can say was the best.
Yea but his core is his lifeforce, what turned into spirits are blastia cores. since raven's core is his lifeforce and not powered by aer it cannot disappear unless raven dies.
Anyone know's where Flynn and Patty carry theirs blastias? Me and a friend already finished the game, and we could figure out all other playable characters (and some of the NPC's, but these two remain a mistery.
Flynn's is in his chestplate (is visible in this video at 2:31). As for Patty, I have no idea because I don't like her, so I ignore her as much as possible.
@LegendofDead They're a lot better during the game. In cutscenes, the VAs are limited to syncing their lines with the movements of the mouth so the timing and tone are generally off.
VentusNeos BOTH Tales of Vesperia and Tales of the Abyss need a sequel. Like, RIGHT NOW. EVERYONE is dying to find out what happens after both endings. I mean like, C'MON! You can't just show the characters finish the final battle and such and LEAVE IT AS IT IS! It's UNFAIR and NOT COOL! Just, NOT COOL MAN! NOT! COOL!!!
Yuri & Estelle seem like a good pair because they have such natural chemistry together but the relationship between Judith & Yuri seems more flirtatious than romantic
@@Hitomora yeahh yuri and judith are too alike imo. they're besties who find each other attractive and can joke about it whereas yuri and estelle have more of that "opposites attract" energy that works really well. they would have worked very well as a couple so it's a shame that the writers went against it
haha I didn't realize they had this ending...since I watched only the ps3 one =X makes sense since Flynn wasn't a perm character in the Xbox version =XX I guess I would still prefer the PS3 version's ending =D

Wouldn't that mean Abyss should get a sequel as well? They have a world without Fontech and With Fonic Artes being much weaker since in there they stopped the Planet Storm

This was 1 one the VERY best tales of games I have ever played. took a year to finish it, and the story is so freaking good!

I think it's because, as u can see at the ending, blasters are destroyed so the gameplay will not be cool :p I don't know how to explain in english.

what i always wondered is why undine dissappeared while the others were going to help
It was just a special animation I think. A close up of them going to help, and on Undine specifically because she was the first spirit you got.

I’m not 100% sure but I think her blasting is either in her Pirate knife or Gun I could be wrong though lol
