Dr. Berg All in one Hair Vitamins work great too and it's half the price of Nutrfol and I won't have to worry about having to keep taking them for the hair to stay. If you ever decide to find a cheaper option these really do work. I have the same middle of the scalp issue, but it isn't from the tension it's more hereditary. I was told years ago by a stylist that my top was thining. He showed me it was b/c my scalp was stiff due to no blood circulation in that area. He told me to use Vitamin E oil and massage the area every other night. I did and it loosened the scalp and my hair filled back in.
Make sure you take it with a meal though, it's very important because the A and D vitamins (found in Nutrafol) are fat-soluble so the fat from your meal will help absorb those minerals.
Your hair looks so much longer and your part is a lot thicker than before and even your four month review. ❤ Thanks for the reviews and God bless you 🙏🏾
I’ve been taking Nutrafol for about a month now and I can see the difference and the small changes coming about. I learned the hard way and now I ensure to take it with food.
Very interesting.. to be honest as a person with CCCA it definitely looks like it. Some dermatologist are able to determine a diagnosis from just looking at it and some are not. I had a biopsy done. I’d suggest getting a biopsy done down the line if you start to experience tenderness in that area. On a lighter note I just ordered my nutrafol today and can’t wait to get started!
I told my dermatologist that I always have a lot of tenderness and asked her if it could be CCCA. She seemed clueless as to what that is and prescribed a steroid oil to use 2 weeks out of each month! She didn’t suggest Nutrafol but went straight for Minoxidil.
You’re correct. I went to an African American dermatologist who I thought would be the right choice for me since I thought they would be more familiar how to diagnose issues when it comes down to our hair texture. Sure enough when she looked at my scalp she immediately diagnose that I may have CCCA and wanted me to do a biopsy to confirm it. And I also felt the tenderness in the middle of my head. She saw inflammation and prescribed me some anti-inflammatory medications. I’m hoping the test results comes back negative.🤞🏽I would highly recommend you see a AA dermatologist who specialized in hair loss. Good luck.
I wore ponytails for along time and there are spots in the back of my head that are barley starting to grow and it constantly breaks off my hair loss stated just like hers I've been taking viviscal so far I've seen serious growth in a short amount of time
My hair started off looking like yours and then became CCCA after a few years. Maybe stop relaxing your hair for a while and take msm, niacinamide, zinc, and collagen. I'm still recovering.
I had clip ins a couple of months ago Think next time i'm going to just get a few tracks sewn in for fullness and more length. That way it will last longer for me and it'll be easier for me to maintain.
Hi! I ran across you video because I was looking into solo dates. I'm single and just struggling trying to find someone. I enjoyed that video and decided to look at your other content. I saw this video and was like wow. I have alopecia as well but my whole crown area is gone. I do not feel comfortable wearing a middle part at all because it show's very bad I look like I have cancer. I tried a few things and some worked but not long term. I willing to give these a try and look into them. I see your results and they look good. I'm hoping this may help me. I will be subscribing because I like your content and love to see you hair journey as well as I begin to figure mines out. I love to show support to small youtubers.
Did you have any side effects from taking Nutrafol? if, so what were they. I had tried Keranique one time and it had my heart racing so I stopped. It scared the Jesus out of me.
@@doseofdani okay thank you. I recently purchased these supplements and so I have been watching videos on UA-cam and a few said that. I was curious was it a for sure side effect or by person

My dermatologist started me on Nutrafol today. I very hopeful I'll have similar results!🙏🏽 Thank you for your video!😊
I hope your results are amazing!

What would tenderness in that area mean?
@@gabybodom123 it would just be another symptom of CCCA.

I see a huge improvement!! Keep it up, it's filling in very well !!
Thanks!
I also wonder what will happen once you stop. Will the hair stay that grow or will there be fall out after.
Best way to go is oral minoxidil, doing it for 4 months, amazing results

I’m glad you’ve found something that works for you ☺️
Your hair looks so much more full. My hair is thinning so i'm trying vitamins d supplements. Hopefully that will help me with whatever my issue is.
Thank you! I hope it helps 💕
How long did your dermatologist say you need to take them? For a year, until you’re satisfied with the growth? Forever?
im going to ask my dermatologist first. but i appreciate your review. 👍🏽
Thank you Tara. I think it’s a great idea to get advice form a specialist first :)

Who said I was relaxing my hair???
HI thank you so much for the review. Also weird question: Taking Nutrafol did it effect you menstrual cycle in anyway?
I’m glad you liked the video. I take birth control pills so I don’t think I’m the best person to answer your question. Sorry.

I said clips ins, but I meant tape ins

Hi. Thank you for the kind words and thank you for subscribing. I hope you find something that works. Hair thinning can be tough to deal with.
My question do you recommend this product?
I’ve since stopped taking Nutrafol because of the cost. I just couldn’t keep paying $80 a month. If you’re interested and have the funds, try it
Hello where did you get your hair extension tape from?
Hi! Raw Luxury by Lorin
Thanks for the information. Are you still using Nutrafol? If so, any updated videos? Love from Bama
I’m glad this video helped. New video coming soon :)
I’m definitely going to give Nutrafol a try! Are you from the Bahamas by chance? I hear a very faint accent 😊
I hope you’re results are great! I’m from Jamaica 😊
Does this product cause yeast infections? High doses of biotin do that to me. Anyone else?
Nope. I don’t believe this contains “high doses” of biotin.
Did you have any side effects from taking Nutrafol? if, so what were they. I had tried Keranique one time and it had my heart racing so I stopped. It scared the Jesus out of me.
Hi! Luckily I did not have any negative side effects while taking these.
I see that there's a topical version of nutrafol. Have you considered adding it in conjunction with your pills?
I see that too but I’m not a fan of putting products of my scalp or hair.
Thank you for sharing. You made want to try nutrafol ❤
Thanks for watching. If you try it let me know what you think :)
How to order this product in Oman.

Is your dermatologist white or black
My dermatologist is of middle eastern decent I believe
Does it really give you diarrhea?
Lol I have never experienced diarrhea while taking these.

@@AnimalsCryToo Apparently large doses of biotin can cause nausea and diarrhea but I did not experience that.
Have you noticed more hair growth in other places on your body?
Nope. No excessive hair growth anywhere else.
@@doseofdani I get a hair or two on my cheeks every few months. If I end up with a beard imma cry!! 🤣
