I found a “black salt” at an Asian super market that has an almost sulphur taste to it that makes tofu scramble much more egg tasting! 10/10 do recommend! LOVED watching this! Canada is slooooowly getting more and more of the fun vegan goodies you guys have! It truly IS an exciting time to be alive!
I love seeing another vegan who eats like me! I want to see Jon make the scramble. Quick tip for anyone missing eggs: use kala namak black salt to make it taste like eggs.I use black salt, nutritional yeast, turmeric and pepper to season it and it is incredible!

I love so much from Paul Newman, I try to get that brand of food as much as possible because my childhood was greatly impacted by one of the charities the proceeds go to. The Painted Turtle is a camp for kids with disabilities that is completely free for kids and families to attend, where they have doctors who volunteer their time to offer as much medical help as the kids need. It truly was the best camp I ever went to as a kid, and I thought you might want to know that Newman-O's go to a really great cause! ❤️
I love that Amy's Vegan mac! I use to eat the regular one and tried the vegan one day and I swear that's one of the things that helped me go vegan. I've thrown it in a baked potato before with some light life bacon but other than that I haven't had it loaded before, I'd love to see that video!

I moved from philly to montana and missed good deli pickles and I found those in a health foods store and screamed because they were finally good pickles!! So those are at least all the way from the east coast to montana!
The brand "Dr. McDougall's" makes these individual cups of ramen that you add water to, they're in the soup section at my wegmans. And they have a vegan chicken ramen flavor that's so good! Check it out if your wegmans has them! :)
For the boca burgers I always wrap mine with a wet paper towel and they gets more uniformly warm Also, w the Tofutti ice creams, I keep randomly seeing them at Boston area CVS, so keep an eye out. market basket tends to have the Tofutti ice cream novelties
My glasses wearing mechanic husband named JOHN also makes "the best" tofu scramble every Sunday. Not making this up! Weggies is becoming so vegan friendly in NY too, I just wish they wouldn't lump vegan/gf together. I love trashy vegan food hauls. Keep up the great work, Amanda!
I reckon the best way to cook those chicken (we call them tricken) patties is in a sandwich press if you have one. You're so lucky to have such a great range in the US, New Zealand is slowly getting better but there is far less choice unless you shop online :)
Whole Foods has a vegan chicken cup of noodles! The noodles are a bit weird in texture but the taste is okay! I always have a hard time buying vegan cereal because they all have vitamin D3! I’ll definitely check out that cereal! 🙆🏻♀️💛

The silk vanilla yogurt is a staple for me. I have it every morning basically with fruit and granola. I also CAN'T with oreos. I keep them in the fridge and my husband has to tell me to slow down when I open one up. It's a problem

Boca chicken is life. If you add vegan mayo and shredded lettuce on a bun it LITERALLY tastes like a McChicken. They were my faves back in the day.

Try using a foreman grill. That's what I use for all my veggie patty needs. It's super fast and cooks them nicely. Plus easy to clean.
With the boca veggie burgers if you kinda let them thaw out before microwaving them they cook more evenly!
