The alliums are going to look fanTAStic!! But, man! Those alliums are huge! I would've divided them right away and gotten DOUBLE the amount of groups-of-three! ( I know, YOUR garden = you-do-you...). Luv ya!!

I love Alliums. The purple flowers are so pretty! When I plant I like to “tuck my plants in for bed” by stepping around the base. 😊 Do you still have the spikes that you used to have in that corner so the dogs don’t trample your plants?

I was SO lucky to find some at Lowes. I also have been SO wanting some of them. They were also large enough that I split them and then planted. So score I ended up with DOUBLE the plants, so free plants RIGHT ...

Love Brent’s playful side - couldn’t help but chuckle (my husband does things like that too - he’s such a prankster)! Can’t wait to see the blooming alliums in your garden - I love the beauty of alliums! Last Fall, I had planted the large Spring allium bulbs but none of them came up and I was so disappointed! Hopefully I can try planting these smaller Summer alliums with better results!

Put a spike pad down on the corner of your flower bed. It will keep the dogs from cutting the corner. It will not hurt your dogs, but the dogs do not prefer to walk on the pads.
Hahaha..I am constantly torturing my kids with wildlife. 😂 I'm thinking I'm going to try some alliums. I'm in 9a but maybe in the raised beds they will do well. Thanks for all your inspiration. 😊

Yeah...l 💚 the shirt!! Haha dogs don't be civilized in our yards. My dachshund used to think the small feather grasses were fun to flatten out with her back massages.
