wearing the GA2100 stealth version, now thinking about getting these. would be nice to have a stealth collection of g shock.

Good video. Solid timepiece. Two things.
1. It should be noted that this watch has a negative display. Under low light conditions, the watch can be hard to read unless you have good eyesight.
2. I did not know what the flash feature was for a long time. With the flash function engaged the watch will flash the LED/EL on and off as the alarm sounds or when the countdown timer is in use and reaches zero - this would allow you to know about an alarm/countdown timer in an area with high background noise or for a hearing-impaired person.
How to turn the flash on?
I just wanted to note as well that the DW5600bb has an electroluminescent light and not an LED. If you want an LED in the traditional square shape, you'll have to grab a GMW-B5000 (I love the fade-in/fade-out LED lighting on mine).
@@dteun On the Module 3229, I believe you press the top right button (closest to the date display) while in time mode. A "star" looking icon will activate above the seconds to indicate that the flashing alert function is on.
I want to add , if you're over 40; this isn't the watch for you. I have no problems in low light conditions and in direct sunlight. So if you complain about the display, it's your eyes and not the watch.
@@CoffeeMadeMeSay Agreed. I find the display pretty crisp, but my dad can't read negative displays without a flashlight.

The ER version is made to only be sold in Europe. It's the exact same watch, there is no difference other than the market for which it is designated to be sold

Im between this and the dw5600ms1...its a tough choice
My vote goes to the bb for sure. In my experience, the ms1's display isn't as high contrast and can be difficult to read in all but the brightest conditions.

@@lucasnakata7146 If I'm not mistaken, the dw5600ms1 and dw5600bb are the exact same size (although I know the GW-M5610 is slightly smaller than the DW-5600, so it really is possible I'm mistaken). In my experience though, you really can't tell the difference even between the DW5600 and GW-M5610. I only discovered there was a size difference from another review where the guy measured both with calipers.

Black is beauty, but definitely not on skin
too basic, small display, gshocks are getting obsolete, can't be worn in formal ocassions. I'd settle for a decent smartwatch instead.
