Fort Myers Beach, Florida (4K) - 10/10/24 - SWFL Cities from Above

On 10/10/2024, I had the opportunity of recording drone footage 12 hours after hurricane Milton has passed Fort Myers Beach, Florida. While I was not able to get the entire island due to residents only being allowed on island, I was able to capture the majority of the North end of the island and Downtown FMB

wow..... looks more like a desert that the lush area I use to go to with my family. These places need to catch a break but I have a feeling that this is going to keep happening...... so sad.

Great. Surprisingly little damage although I.m sure lots of clearing up has already been done. The sand gets everywhere. Thanks.

Yes, I believe Helene did more damage !

Praying for all those suffering from the effects of weather warfare. It's hard to see that all the mom and pop places seem to be gone. All swallowed up by deep pockets.

Pero dia a día está mejor!!!! Quedaremos pronto con la boca abierta, tendran que evaluar, una protección a la ciudad, hay edificios enteros, *_ciudad en reparación_* , y si con el dron se ve a ras del agua, pero está muchísimo mejor q lo que vi dias anteriores.❤
