- The Outlaws - Green Grass and High Tides Lesson - guitar solo played by Billy Jones in the middle of the song, right after the second chorus and Hughie's solo.
Very enjoyable to watch you demonstrate great teaching! Wish I had more time….
One of the best guitar passages ever, thanks for laying it out for us like that, just awesome.
Definitely melodic, one of my favorite solos, very soothing.
Just awesome
Always enjoy your videos! Its nice to know that I am not the only one who knows these songs from the radio and someone out there still remembers these classics!
Wish the tuber had been around "Back in the day" when we had to learn this song by constantly rewinding a cassette tape!! LOL ... Fantastic job!!!
We have that in common.....Rewinding a cassette tape is how I figured almost all of mine out too back in the day!!! I did however slow down the audio on this as I just figured it out recently.
I was even worse for me had to try and find the spot on the album.
Great solo. A whole lot of nice guitar stuff going on there. Nice breakdown of the parts. I will be working on this one soon. Thank you for sharing your work,
👍
Another great lesson! Thank you sir! Great tone as well.
Really love the way you teach man!
The pace is "JUST" right !
Hey thanks for the feedback! I appreciate it!
Your lessons and choice of songs are great, can you take a look at feel the heat by Henry Paul Band the leads are really good. Thanks so much
Good job fella
Oh now please show the first solo Hughied does. Thanks
Thanks for this. Brilliant. Do you ever mess with Marshall Tucker Running like the Wind
Amazing! Btw-what kind of pickups are in your SG? Burst buckers? 57s? 59? 490s? Thanks!
Just the way it comes from the factory...a 498T in the bridge position and a 490R in the neck.
@@LEADSOLO Sounds awesome! Thanks!
Your solos are excellent and I really appreciate the videos. But your tuning is off pitch, maybe because it is tuned to the album. The strat videos are giod but the gibson is down by about 1/4 step, so going through all of them is tough cause I constantly have to retune if I jump from one video to the next.
