@Derck McCoy So he exasperates the situation? How about simply writing a ticket and letting it go at that. As well, one can be careful w/o being an asshole. The method by which one does things is often more important than what one does.

Anyone who drives knows 89 in a 55 mph highway isn’t that crazy. Had this guy been driving his mom’s Camry instead of a hellcat he would have walked away with only a ticket.

Just found your channel tonight and I am shocked. I grew up in a small rural Alabama town being taught the police were our friends and were here to protect and serve the public. I am much older and wiser and have seen police brutality first hand as well as in the media. So many of the cases you cite involve black citizens and white law enforcement. There is nothing that can convince me that racism is not a major problem in America, especially in law enforcement. Our whole judicial system needs to be looked at and corrected. I am an old, age 68 years, white lady and many of these stories make me feel shame and disgust. If we cannot trust the people we entrust to protect us we are lost.
I’m also white and the problem is that not enough white people agree with us and claim that racism is a thing of the past. Nothing could be further from the truth. I completely agree, the criminal justice system needs to make some major changes to repair the damage done regarding relations with the black community and the public overall.
I just found your comment tonight and wanted to say thank you for being a good person. I’m a 33 year old white woman and I can’t even imagine the terror of interacting with police while black. I grew up in a liberal area of Wisconsin and was taught to treat everyone with respect, even though my town was probably 95% white. I’m glad to hear there are people from rural Alabama with common sense and human decency. Sometimes it’s easy to stereotype, just like cops do to black people. Thank you!
I love how open-minded you are and that, most importantly, you are able to take in new verifiable information and allow it to help re-prioritize and alter your worldview!! This is so hard for anyone to do at any age but so essential for progress in all fields. Your comment indicates that you’re a person who strives to be kind and intelligent
I was like “what’s wrong with this interaction, how could this go wrong?” then the officer started to sound like an auctioneer whilst shouting commands.
This cop was flustered by sheer intimidation. This happens when one, such as this officer, is used to intimidating people and then runs into someone that he can’t intimidate. These types should never be LEO’s.
This is exactly why women should not be allowed to be police officers on the street. They’re consistently overmatched physically by male suspects and their rational fear of the larger person causes irrational behavior in the female officer. I’ve seen it numerous times. This male cop is terrified by the size and obvious strength of this guy. His adrenaline is pumping and he’s completely lost his ability to act rationally.
I just got done watching this entire body cam footage and I'm in complete shock. The whole thing was a joke from start to finish and this poor man had to deal with it with these handcuffs tight as hell the whole entire time. Literally for hours and he did nothing to help him

It’s not because he is an NFL player , but because he had the proper resources to make sure we all were aware of how this Whitey operates !
Most police vehicles are equipped with a speed monitoring GPS system that alerts the shift supervisor when an officer exceeds 10-15 mph. Most police officers going to calls do not use sirens when going to calls either. Alerting the bad guys you are coming, or causing traffic to act in an erratic manner is dangerous. They do drive fast as allowed by law and can exceed speed limits when performing duties. And officers are allowed to talk on their cell phones since they may be talking to victims on scene, other officers responding to a call, dispatch or supervisors, and if the fear that the suspects may be using a device like a scanner to monitor communications on things such as robberies or kidnappings, or for other reasons. Most deputies don't have hands free calling. If you catch a police officer speeding and you can record it while being sure to get the white lines on the road or the spacing of power poles. Then if they can not prove that officer was going to a legitimate call, they can be brought before a review board. However, make sure you are not speeding. If you catch an officer playing on his phone, also record it. If you decide to be an idiot and think, 'Well the cop doesn't have his lights and sirens on, I can drive as fast as he can' you will learn a valuable lesson about playing stupid games and winning stupid prizes. Imhave been that idiot! I have caught cops speeding before GPS was a thing and had several brought up on review and suspended. Also caught them driving without a seatbelt, driving their children home in take home cars, and eating while driving using both hands. I am pro law enforcement, but them giving us tickets for things they do, is not ok. I'm just sharing things I've learned over the years to keep you from making some mistakes I made.
Other cops if they actually have the balls to. There’s actually a few videos of it on this channel. Usually it’s just a dick wagging thing between different departments that don’t like each other though.

The officer was only fired because of WHO he arrested. He had done this before on numerous occasions and was still able to keep his job. The department just wanted to save face because of the negative press.
@@02jeepwj True but I can tell you in my experience i have never seen any officer take someone to jail for 25 over the speed limit in the 6 yrs I've been at my PD. Maybe if they were doing 40+ but not 25. I'm not saying that who he arrested in todays climate didn't play into his firing but in my opinion i wouldn't want this officer working for me. Using discretion is important part of policing. His confusing commands and threat of deploying his taser as the man was trying to comply and the fact that he's arresting him at all for speeding makes me think he may have a bit of a power trip problem.
It's more than that. I hate ball sports, I really don't get the craze over it. But because most people are idiots and throw money at these sports these guys make millions of dollars. Does negative press have something to do with it? Of course. But you know what helps a lot more? Money. With money you get good lawyers, you have connections, etc. Think OJ. OJ didn't get off because he was a NFL player (if anything he got off because he was black due to the Rodney King riots) but being able to throw a bunch of money at the best lawyer you can find definitely helps.
You’re a good person!
I’m also white and the problem is that not enough white people agree with us and claim that racism is a thing of the past. Nothing could be further from the truth. This is exactly why women should not be allowed to be police officers on the street. Right, they should get citizens arrest
@@faymous I would love to record that.
Unless you're weaving in and out of traffic. It's crazy to see how many Americans are bilnd to the fact that the system isn't designed to help them. Sad that consequences are only doled out when the victim is famous.
Famous and or plenty of money
Not always. I've seen several cases of blatant police officer misconduct featured on AtA where the victim(s) of said misconduct were not actually famous and/or well connected and/or rich and the officer(s) were disciplined (one or two even fired I believe), so it does happen. So before you believe everything the jackass speaking in this video says, maybe look up the full laws, meaning county, city and state laws, before you say he is right, because 9 out of 10 times he is wrong.
