Man Hawaii is GORGEOUS! The rainbows and natural scenery is NZ level and somehow your video makes the island seem a lot bigger than I originally thought it was.
Yeah it was unreal!! It was easily the highlight of the cruise and Oahu is quite big! It's expensive but it seems worth it. It's the US but sooooo different and chill.

It's really special you felt such a connection with NZ that you would get a tattoo - and I can't think of a nicer way to remember NZ than with an image one of its most charming inhabitants 😛 BTW, Hawaii is amazing - such a great place. I loved the look on Donovan's face when he took a bite of his Hawaiian Pizza.
Thank you!! The tattoo was on my mind for a few months before getting it but I couldn't figure out what to get! Finally I thought a fantail is perfect, not obvious it's NZ and they're so cute. We loved Hawaii and will definitely return!
Gorgeous video, and wow, that brought back memories! I went to Hawaii when I was 17 on my first overseas trip without my parents (only been to the Gold Coast once before that), with my bestie (on our student loans 🤦♀️- forwarding this on to her!). Amazing time, and we pretty much did everything 'major' that you guys did (*loved* the Dole Factory; tried to take the bus to Pearl Harbour, only to underestimate how long it would take, and just arrived to have to go straight back again 😅)! And I love your tattoo so much! Such a gorgeous fantail. Can't blame you for wanting to get back home, though - I hope you both got there safe and sound - hugs ❤
