Sun-drying is the most common method used in the tropical and sub-tropical regions of the world. The process is simple and relies on free solar energy. However, it is very dependent on weather conditions. Climate change makes weather very unpredictable and unexpected rainfall can result in delayed drying, re-wetted grains and quality deterioration. Mix the grain every 30 mins??? I would have presumed that one of the purposes of this video is to lessen the need for manpower. It seems like 2 people are needed to man the dryer if grains are to be turned every 30 mins.

What a very complicated procedures... i'd rather do it in solar drying.
Hi Anthony! The benefit of using our solar bubble dryer is that you wont have to risk drying your commodities on the pavement risking damage and moisture reabsorption from the ground which decreases the quality of your commodities. You also wont be depending on a completely sunny day to fully dry your commodities.
By using the bubble dryer you get higher quality commodities which then helps sell them at a higher price and you can dry your commodities even during the rainy season and even during the evening which is not possible with traditional practices.
Rather this is most efficient and costs effective, transportable (foldable) method of SOLAR DRYING of grains, and spices ,
