I bought mine last year and used it on my 2 week motocamping trip and it worked like a charm! I took wood pellets to burn in it because I know they would always be dry and light if everything else was wet. In hindsight I took far more than I need to which was a bit of a pain being loaded heavy already. Live and learn though. I have to try the grill yet, I didn't take it with me even on my trip because I was in bear country and I figured it may be hard to get clean enough to not attract them and space was an issue. Other than that it was great, and could put some charge back into small stuff.
I wonder if you guys could make an attachment for using it inside a micro camper, like a base it can hook into that has a hood and chimney vent of a wood burning stove that allows you vent it to the outside. Does that make sense? So it would essentially be a wood burning stove version for indoor cooking and heating that provides electricity to your camper, but you can still detatch it to take it outside if you want... That would be pretty epic.
Love your brainstorming, that does sound epic, and sounds a lot like our Burn Lab with the hood/vent system :) Unfortunately combustion in small indoor spaces can be very dangerous, so for the time being BioLite stoves are very much for outdoor use only.
@@BioLiteChannel I got the idea because I'm seeing a trend of people using actual tiny wood burning stoves for their van life builds & I always think of how cool it would be to be able to utilize them like a biolite stove. Then I watched all your other products with the daisy chain lighting and solar panels & think to myself if I ever get the funds to do my own build, it's probably going to be all biolite products! I hate seeing people building stuff to go 'off grid' but then they still use fossil fuels like propane to cook and heat with! I really do love you guys!

the only thing I'm missing is the kettle I had the biolite 2 for £90 something and the grill £59 I think not sure eBay like two years now. still works just the legs have come loose 🤔 was thinking about biolite firepit but soo much negative feedback on it don't know wa to think lol at £200 for something that doesn't give out much heat what's the point👎

🤨⁉️Please BIOLITE MAKE A STEEL COFFEE PRESS. Please, please ..bought your campstove 2 bundle 3 years ago your battery bank 40...and your solar panels 10 plus....although missing 😕 ⁉️ i think I throw the solarpanels in the trash by mistake dont ask..been using your products almost everyday( Alternative living).......but don't like the coffee filters wish it was all steel ...other than that my perfect hiking kit......when I make a base camp I will bring the grill....but I do take the grill to the park to grill chicken and steak 😋 ⁉️ im satisfied with your products nothing fail me yet....I will be buying my second solarpanels 10 plus....🌤🕊😁⁉️
