Now over 1 week now and all my symptoms have returned.
I wonder how many people could throw away those C-Pap machines if they just performed regular lymphatic maintenance! Put that industry right out of business.
It's more likely his immune system was in fact weak and he's improved it by movement etc. The symptoms of immune deficiency are similar to autoimmunity because the result is inflammation. I do know people with diagnosed autoimmune diseases who have made subtle improvements through lifestyle changes (but not been cured). For example people with coeliac improve dramatically with reduction of wheat. That is a known environmental link to autoimmune disease. Most of the others are not well understood to date.

@stopchasingpain yes. & thank you for that ! I saw your vid on that & also incorporated that/ with your eye movements into my daily routines. Again, thank you for doing that video as well. ... I've been actively ' healing ' my ( NPD) CPTSD for 10 yrs... what I've learned-physically- from both you & " block therapy " channel, has, - in the past 2 months- has been a GAME CHANGER! ..& kicked up the healing/ releasing a godzillion knotches ! The ONE regret: is that I didn't know of ANYTHING of this/& NPD & it's contributions to our bidy/ pshysciy.. but now I know & hope to utilize ALL of this new found awareness/ knowledge to help others. Again, THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO !
I tongue stretch and tongue circles, each day, as part of my loosening up for meditation. I can do a few slow tongue circles, and it drops me further into relaxation.
Fantastic that is great work.
FYI
0:30 you just said you had Autoimmune disease????
I was told this.. but I’m changing the way I say it. Due to so many titles atm. I can’t keep up… So , I’ve experienced autoimmune.. issues for a small while.. I’m trying to sort it out myself.
I see it’s a traumatic response to a past experience. However fixing it won’t happen unless I can sleep in my bed.
When I lay down no matter the direction or style .. I GET PIN AMD NEEDLES IN MY ARMS AND NUMBNESS ON SOULS OF FEET.
I never knew that having a body part go numb could be really painful . But then later on it’s hot or ice cold.
Then coming out of that process & in the middle of coming back to normal .. I can’t move at all till it passes.
I’ve gone to walk and fallen str8 to floor.
So now I find myself waking up in strange places asleep . Eg: opening fridge door to get ("? Or asleep with
Head in freezer. So far from
Normal & was funny first time, now I get so mad at self. I go to bed at 5-6 am with the pillows all around propping me up. B4 then I have to keep busy working around the house . Otherwise I’m just a
Lazy bum that my Parents abandoned when I needed them the most. When mum added say last year.
I’m still trying to process so many stages in that time.
Between the lies told and influenced upon, the blame put on me for whatever went wrong in a day .
Anyways that’s
All shitful info on how I am where I’m at today.
Legs are so
Sore from standing or something close to that.
But it hurts to sit also.. in my hips. Feels like the hips are being pulled out to the sides.
I’ve tried so many places for answers.
Maybe this essay will find u and I may get the answer I’m SEEKING !!
Thanks in advance if u can help . I had a partial Hysterectomy in 2018!
TMI BUT all factors ..
Pls help if ur able to Sir
Thank you for the message. Sorry you are going through this. We cannot offer medical advice without a complete history and examination. Too many variables. I wish you the best in your healing journey.
I have so much pain when I lightly strech to the left and right. Should i do these every day then? Thanks
Not if the pain continues. It should lessen the more you do this.
Your tongue is opposite of your neck...so this therapy works for pain. Just like pressing on the neck for soar throat pain.
Tongues are super powerful in the neck pain arena
How long do we do the tongue pulling everyday? I watched twice and never saw a frequency or time.
There is no recommendation on frequency or time that depends on the individual. Sometimes you only need one pole and you were good to go sometimes it takes a few. Go by how you feel. However we do suggest you do a tongue pull once a week
Are you supposed to do this as a supplement to or instead of the "2x25 tongue circles exercise" you showed in another video?:)
Before tongue circles for best results
@@stopchasingpain Thank you:)
My tongue has been tensing upward and making my throat close (probably after I was attempting mewing) so lately I’ve been trying to just touch to tip to the alveolar ridge and let the rest curve down to open the throat. Not sure if that’s not good 🙈🙊
That is good exploration of your tongue. Do what works best for
@@stopchasingpain thanks. Trying my best. It just feels like I can’t quite find the best way to support my head (some cervical issues) and release jaw and tongue tension. I did the tongue stretches and it seems to have helped. We’ll see
Howmany times we need to do this exercise. Howmany days.?
No specific amount. Once if often enough. Check it once a month
Is this effective?
If your tongue is an issue yes. If not then no.
Wow my tongue is so tender i can barely even grab it. What does it mean that feels lumpy as well?
Can't say no history. Hope this helps.
Do you know the origin of this excercise ?
I learned it via osteopathic principles. I don't think you're ultimately going to find an originator. I'm pretty sure people been pulling tongues for thousands of years 😀
Wow my left ear felt weird and head felt relieved how many time should this be done 😊
I mostly feel a stinging pain in the membrane under the tongue.
Tongue feels stronger and more mobile after doing this.
👍
This ties in with pri also, look it up if you havent yet.
Yes I am very familiar with PRI they have some good stuff. This is more from an osteopathic approach
I didn't feel anything when pulling... does this mean the tongue isn't an issue for me?
Likely yes.
Thanks for your response. I think something must be working because I haven't felt my chronic back pain since I starting doing your tongue, eye, and neck exercises! Thank you for all that you do!
Why we get scalloped tounge ...?
Lymph and liver stagnation are common ones
I had a adult tongue tie release (mid release not a full one) and on that day I felt great tension relief in my neck SCMs, shoulders in the pecks, my hips loosened up and my upper rhomboid. My tight squeezy throat and difficulty swallowing also improved and my jaw clenching at night also improved and my chronic bloating relieved somewhat.. Now over 1 week now and all my symptoms have returned.
Tongue releases are life changing for people. Good job
that is so incredibly painful, I can barely do it. It hurts under my tongue and where I'm grabbing it with my fingers.
You may have a tongue tie. When it short it hurts more.
I could almost breathe immediately. My tongue started swelling though, and swallowing became difficult...😢
Pull more gentle
My tongue feels thinner.
👍
Sir ,my tongue is swelling and i have scalloped tongue since 2 month, how i can solve my tongue problem, please sir help me
Sorry cannot give advice without a history and examination
Made me feel a little nauseous and faint while doing it, but better after
Well done. That is normal. Big neurological feedback area.
Omg, something cracked and released. It scared the $h!+ out me.
Hope after you were scared you felt a bit better.
It hurt ! 😅
Ye it's gonna when it's tight. Go easy
@@stopchasingpain Ok. I'll try it out more but gently. Thanks !
Pull my finger!🙃
That is part #2 😄
yep. Everything you said. All of it.
Thank you. 😄
I’m
Tongue tied so I can’t really pull my tongue.
No you cannot
I’ve trained my tongue to lift to the roof of my mouth.
Excellent that is exactly where it belongs. Good job
I wonder how many people could throw away those C-Pap machines if they just performed regular lymphatic maintenance! Put that industry right out of business.
Lymph would definitely move the needle
suddenly craving a lingua taco
You are ready now
Could I ask you how you got your DNA to mutate back to normal from your autoimmune diseases?
It's more likely his immune system was in fact weak and he's improved it by movement etc. The symptoms of immune deficiency are similar to autoimmunity because the result is inflammation. I do know people with diagnosed autoimmune diseases who have made subtle improvements through lifestyle changes (but not been cured). For example people with coeliac improve dramatically with reduction of wheat. That is a known environmental link to autoimmune disease. Most of the others are not well understood to date.
Not that I know any info for sure, but I do know hes big on cleansing the lymphatic system.
There is no cure for autoimmune disease, only management. You either manage symptoms or you don't. I did many things. Lymph work was the biggest
This is also the only way, I could stop those PAINFUL Hiccups... nooo... they Weren't fun nor funny
Glad it helped
I wonder if this is connected with Tounge ties? Some people get surgery to remove it .
Yes and they should.
