@Archie Bunker Instead of the "due date" being when the item needs to be handed to the professor (deadline), the "due date" here is "I am due to take a test on X date". The same thing happens with pregnancy; "when is the baby due (to be born)?" versus "when are you due (to give birth)?" Meaning "due date" refers to both the initiation of the act (starting labour, a test, etc) OR the date of completion (baby is finally born, work is handed in, etc) He is due to take the test, ergo the test is due. In fact, since tests are generally completed on the same day as they are initiated, either directional meaning of "due" technically applies, whether it is "due to begin" or "due to hand in". It is imperfect in either sense, but this comment is already long enough.

This is terrifying, I hope everyone’s ok now :(
not from Ian last week unfortunately
I came thinking it was going to be full of memes and stuff, but it was actually very good information about flooding
How should we spend the rest of this year’s budget?
Boss: yes.
its so ordinary(this kind of fx) that even rede globo(from Brazil) do it weekly on their journalism programs
Dude...you're talking about the second or third biggest TV channel in the world! Lol...are you fucking kidding me with your "even globo" here?
@Alisson Of course, and I know It. But, if it was so expensive/abnormal, they wouldn't do it weekly.
This shit happened a year ago stfu

Ah yes, The "Sea bear" episode. Brings back memories, lmao
Yo you just unlocked my deepest darkest memories 😂
Kmac ?
Why am I addicted to these videos...
At 1:45 they should've had shadows of alligators and sharks swimming in the distance after he said it's not survivable
Croc-cane, alli-nado, Shark Week, 6 Headed Shark Attack movie, Jaws, a killer squid / octopus, etc

I'm the only one who seriously scared in that 9feet Storm Surge?
in my place may not be extreme but I have felt more than 9ft
don't be scared I'll save you
roket I ship
9ft really isn't as bad as they made it out to be. we had 18 ft storm surge in Houston once and it barely affected the coast. Just depends how much above sea level you are
yes
Lets be honest.. we are all here for the Amazing CGI
and we in the Bahamas experienced up to 25 ft. I am very lucky to have power we had to move to the capital.
Omg really
N5692233 yup over 50 deaths so far. It was scary
Thank God you survived Dorian. I'm from Freeport, the east end of our Island got destroyed and had surge over 20 ft high. Fortunately the part of the area I live in had no flooding.

Humans should not settle in their path, should not settle near flood banks or should not sit at home with a 2 week warning.
Very simple.
Edited: Out of respect.
@Midousuji Akira Technically we got two arks ready...
But serious note, There is no preventing what is coming... so i will deal with it when i need to without losing sleep on it.
Have a good day.
