Love this channel. The goal for me: to reach 760 by the end of next year, paying three times the minimal for my school loans and double my credit card minimal. Just cut off my cable as well to save $. Keep representing us Quisqueyanos. You make us all proud, hermana. 👍

Hi I just wanted to add what was an excellent video! Mortgage lenders and other lenders are looking at more than just your credit score. They want to see at least 2 credit products, such as Visa or Master card and line of credit. Those two products have to have a limit around at least $3000 for each one. Also they look at your net worth. If you have a lot in savings and investments, they might treat you better than a person with excellent credit score with low net worth or no savings or investments period. If you have only visa, but have a very high net worth, then they might not care if you have line of credit. I wish someone taught me this when I was younger. I'm still young-ish.

Apparently people with high credit scores are gonna be paying higher interest rates on homes after May 1st, while people with low credit will pay less than before. Do you know anything about this? It makes no sense to punish good credit.
