Hello I also want to buy from this hdd, but I have some question marks in my mind, I would be very happy if you could answer them. First of all, what exactly are the read and write speeds? Does it make a lot of noise while working? can we play games from hdd?
Not too loud but HDDs are louder than SSDs, and yes can play games on it. Read/write around 120MB/s

I have the same question in my mind also, but I need clarification. I have two external 1TB HDDs, but they are packed and need space to empty my laptop.
Computer backups no problem, it's the same as any other HDD, you can format it APFS so it does time machine on your Mac, I have used it for this with no dramas.

Yes of course, acts as a normal HDD
I know this si an old video now but have you any advice on what to do if the RGB option isn't showing in Toolbox, it was when I initially plugged the drive in but had to change permissions on my Mac and restart and since then it's not there, Iv'e even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software several times no avail, my lights just flashing.
That really sucks! I haven’t heard of that happening, try see if you can access it on another computer just for the sake of testing. Otherwise, annoyingly, might mean a chat with Seagate. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful, but let me know if you resolve it!
Greetings, happy evening, I am writing for the following a couple of days ago I bought this version of HDD but 8tb disk Seagate FireCuda Gaming Hub External Hard Drive HDD 8TB - USB 3.2, Customizable RGB LED lighting, Dual forward-facing USB for Desktop PC with Rescue Services (STKK8000400), but but .......everything was fine I saw the Seagate icon in My Computer, perform the installation of your tool and synchronized the RGB and all good, I was on the pc from 11pm until 02: 30 AM and during that time it disconnected a couple of times, then gave a little noise and after that no longer recognized the hard drive on my computer, I tried to try it on other computers and all told me the message "USB device is not recognized" even when I had the updated drivers, even when in device manager in the Disk drives appeared segate disk with updated drivers and still did not recognize it, in the same way in the Disk Manager it appeared to me totally blank and without being able to allow asiganación in fact it threw the window Initialize disk with the message Initialize a disk so that the Manager of logical disks can have access to him, I selected disk 2 which was the option that threw me with the following Use the following partition style for the selected disks, MBR (Master Boot Record) and GPT (GUID Partition Table) I chose one of them first with MBR and I got the error "A device that does not exist has been specified" message that threw me the same way with the GPT option and with the Unknown Disk 2 icon uninitialized and totally blocked because it did not allow execution of formatting or disk allocation, and this took me so for those hours, I have not got a solution to this and therefore I have not been able to solve this fault .....
Any recommendation? answer? help?

I don’t understand the difference between sdd and hdd. Is any sdd hard drive good for gaming.my predator laptop came with only 1 tb memory and I need more memory for online games and story mode games and I will be playing high graphics and high fps.please help which is the best for that
Depends how much storage you need. SSD is quicker and more reliable but much more expensive. If you need lots of storage, HDD is the way to go

Depends on the use, but SSD will also be faster/more reliable in the long term.
Greetings friend, I just saw your video on the “Seagate FireCuda Gaming Hard Drive External Hard Drive 5TB - USB 3.2 Gen 1” now I have a quick question for you i recently bought a new gaming laptop 💻 a “Asus Tuf f15” now this new laptop i got has 3.2 gen 1 usb in it, now i have a “P10 WB Black Gaming” 4TB all my games are on my P10 WB Black when i plugged it in my new laptop it like my games play laggy i think the reason it does that it because my usb connection on my P10 is only 3.0 if I get the firecuda gaming hard drive 3.2 will it be faster than my old 3.0 P10 ????
Firecuda has quicker read and write speeds than the P10. This would make things quicker, but no promises made. If speed is your main concern, then SSD will be the quickest but also much more expensive with less storage.
Up to you whether to go through the process of transferring games to a new disk and no guarantee of faster speeds!
