The king doesn’t remove their titles. Parliament is who removes titles.
My understanding is that he can remove H's princely title, but not his peerage (dukedom).
I really wish Stef would stop this misleading line of argument. As you say, Kim, the King does not have the constitutional power or authority to do so. It has to come from Parliament. Sure, he can encourage (even ask) the Prime Minister to set it in motion, but he cannot demand it be done.

According to Doria’s ancestry, 4 generations ago Meghan had 2 ancestors who were married that were listed as “mulatto” which represents mixed race. That would be 6.25% of Meghan’s dna (if both of the mulatto ancestors were 50% white). So, that leaves 43.75% of her dna would come from her mother and not be white. Thus Meghan is claiming ALL of her black ancestry comes from Nigeria. I don’t find that likely. Supposedly dozens of her ancestors were all 100% nigerian. That just seems highly unlikely.

Titles and removal from line of succession MUST GO❗️
Harry cannot be removed from the line of succession without a change in the law, only Parliament can change the law regarding the line of succession. It concerns the constitutional monarchy, which does not have the power to change constitutional law.
