I love the "Pinch Mode" key change. It fits the sense of desperation in this song very well.
Nice remix. I like how you used a calmer-sounding set of samples and synths. It makes it sound more atmospheric and space-ish while retaining the intensity of the song.
+MastaGamer27 I don't know what parts are calmer. I just tried to replicate the original, but adding the key modulation towards the end. But thanks. :)
+Iceferno "calmer" might not be the exact word to describe what I meant, but the bassline and the melody are good examples of what I meant.

@dissident93 Fair enough. I'm proud of this remix's arrangement more than rhythm. I'm rarely able to use song modulation (when it goes up key) in my tracks, and this is how it was in my mind for many days before I was convinced I could actually get it done. :)

@dissident93 haha Thanks :) Actually, the tempo is what you'd find on most standard Trance. 140bpm. I do love a bit of Dark House too though, like Satoshi Tomiie's remix of "Papua New Guinea" by The Future Sound Of London. There are few tunes like it, at least that I know of...

@IceyOnly Oh, so this would fit in the BPM range, huh? I'm no huge fan of EDM, so I dunno what exactly dark house, with trance overtones would sound like exactly. :P
My favorite part of this is the rhythm section.

I almost forget as I'm bad accustomed to the bad electronic music, some electronic music and remixes are based in play another modern arrange and produce it...
I had the image in my head of a DJ with keyboards working on a soundtrack with orchestra feeling but with only modern sounds. SEGA sometimes does that and Nintendo started with Galaxy to add some electro sounds Sonic style
Sega & Nintendo worked together on F-Zero GX, though elements of that I don't quite like. I still need to try the Wii U's Fast Racing Neo, as it looks like the kind of F-Zero X/Wipeout game I've wanted for awhile.
Didn't know that... Well, I was trying to graphicate the sounding of this remix: It's like orchestral epic music but with dance electronic instruments. Then imagined a DJ with keyboards trying to do an epic music. And this mix strangely works!

Never got why it was called Doomsday Zone, i wonder if said Doomsday was referring to Robotnik more than the plot?
I believe it was a reference to the Doomsday Device, which the final machine basically is, unless you stop it.
I think it implies that if eggman wins doomsday is going to happen...
