There is nothing wrong with an idea no matter where or from whom it comes from. So are Africans saying if some one not African presented a solution to development Africans would say no because it came from outside. Idea is the representation the thought has about the being, in other words, about what is. There is nothing wrong with it if the ideas are morally and ethical acceptable, in this case they can even be added values.
Africa can build on others' ideas. This is why to extrapolate it to try to obtain in a possible experience what has been obtained in another experience.
Africans everywhere should be looking, be attentive to detect foreign ideas which can be extrapolate in Africa.
