- Hey guys this is a typical conditioning finisher after one of my MMA sessions.
Round 1: 5 minutes reverse sled pull with med ball carries. in between sets with med ball slams and lifts.
Round 2 : 5 minutes kettlebell farmer carries with Rows and presses.
Round 3 : 5 minutes assault bike sprint intervals - Спорт
