    I just saw him as Jean Valjean in the tour of Les Mis, he is unbelievably talented and a force to be reckoned with.

    I think this style showed only the anger but not the desperation nor the mixed feelings and relationship with God

      So did Ben Forster. I love him as an actor, but God did he play Jesus like a whiny spoiled kid. ESPECIALLY in this song, it felt like a toddler tantrum.

      @@Usedw0tm8 exactly, not how I would portray jesus. Balsamo and Gillian are by far the best. But maybe these days the concept changed to a more rebellious / rock style jesus (or maybe it was intended?)
