Hi George. Can you help me out that if i want to made 500 grams or 1 kg, how much quantity of each i need to take as per measurement and how i preserve this recipe for long time. I'll be really thankful to you. Best regards.
Multiply each quantity in description box by four .....you will get 500gm. store it in airtight glass container . For more shelf life slightly dry roast each ingredient with low flame only to remove moisture (maximum 50 -60seconds in already heated pan) if possible dry roast each ingredient separately. For Black & green cardamom ,nutmeg ,mace dry roast only for 30 seconds or keep it unroasted
