Rear bumper can be swapped for one from an earlier car. Triumph added the bumper cover for safety regulations. Earlier versions (maybe 71-72) wouldn't have all those holes. Or you could just plug them with chrome bumper bolts. Later cars had those ugly rear bumpers along with an extension of the frame underneath. I have that leftside chrome piece next to the tail light available if you need it😉(called "horseshoes") Front overriders can be swapped for smaller ones but not much else you can do cuz that's where the bonnet hinges are. Is your grille upside down or was that just a weird camera angle? Nope, I just looked again...it's upside down...

The covers on the front are for where the hood hinge attaches. Get some uk underriders they sit more under the bumper

Those bumper holes will be a rust concern in the not-so-distant future. I'd look into some rubber plugs 👍🏼

Use chrome carriage bolts or bumper bolts off other cars to fill holes.
