I said it on a platform like this that you don't call a 9 times African Champions that attend every FIFA Women World Cup from 1991 till date an underdog, I think Nigeria too deserve some respect in the world of Women football.

Exactly! They underestimated the Super Falcons because of the so-called FIFA ranking (Australia No.10, Nigeria No. 40). They failed to see the signs starting from the friendlies Nigeria played New Zealand in April 2023, which ended 3-0 in favour of Nigeria. The friendly Nigeria played a 2nd division club in Australia before the tournament and trashed them 8-1. The game against Canada should have given a clue at least that they were going up against a team that wasn't in the tournament to sell pepper and tomatoes 😂.

Watching the two matches you can tell Australia is a terrible team. Lucky to get the win against Ireland, as Ireland wasted tonnes of chances. And Nigeria was the better team. You will wake up when Canada bulldozes Australia easily, and realize how much behind you are!!!
