Saving A Turtle In The Middle Of The Road

Driving home one day, I saw a small turtle trying to cross a busy road. It had almost been hit by cars multiple times before my eyes, and I thought it would not have survived without human kindness. So I turned around to help a tiny creature get where it wanted. At first, this beautiful reptile was confused, but a few seconds later, it continued its journey undisturbed; its head popped back up as soon as it touched the ground. I felt exhilarated knowing that I might have saved one life in just a few minutes. That made me realize that opportunities for kindness are everywhere and often don't require much time or money.
