Only 10mtr kam karta hai
Mouse ko chalane ke liye rj45 to usb souket ata hai uska last range 45mtr hota hai

I am trying this with d link cat 6, it is working on 15mtrs but not on 40 mtrs, on 40 mtrs light of mouse does blinks but cursor doesn't show on screen.

You assumed that all camera systems have not obstacles between the mouse and the screen, No ,wireless mouse is fine if the NVR and the Screen are close to each other, and if there no furniture or object between the mouse and the NVR, when there are obstacles an extension to the mouse is necessary.
