You are right. His arm strength, awful footwork, awful size and appears to not be able to read a D. Arm strength and size you can not coach. Footwork and reading a D you can try

5'9 trying to see over 6'2 and bigger offensive linemen is almost impossible smh. Even drew Brees had to stand on his tippy toes in the pocket. And Kyler/Russ like to scramble out of the pocket to make plays in the middle of the field because they can't see either. There's no qb under 6'2 that should ever be drafted no.1
When the other team is totally unafraid of any balls being thrown downfield, you're in for a long day.
At this point, Carolina is just a tax burden on Charlotte area residence and visitors. We're on the hook for ~$650m in stadium upgrades in exchange for Tepper not moving the team for twenty years.
He should be somewhere like the NY Jets, standing, holding a clipboard and watching Rodgers.
When they were drafted everyone in the media is saying start him, nothing to lose. You got a rookie qb on cheap contract. Start him no need to sit him. And now everyone jump ship and everyone saying let him sit.
Bryce young and Trey Lance were not NFL ready right way. Young need to new start. Problem with 1st overall pick is asking as 20-21 year old to run a team with little to no support. Well still young enough to redeem himself see Baker Mayfield.
Young is too short and has a weak arm. He can't even see the field, has to throw on tippy toes, so has no torque on his passes. Which is why he gets picked off so often.
It’s a fine line when someone says a QB isnt ready to start when far more times it seems the organization does not have the QB in a situation thats best for him to start. Hope in recent years results, teams start learning throwing players out there like that isnt the wisest decision.

Bryce Young is the result of compounded mistakes made since the 2018 season.. It's been a long time coming for Carolina and I have a feeling it's going to take us just as many years to get back to "normal". The grass isn't always greener folks. Tepper destroyed all momentum the Carolina Panthers had built going back to 2011 just to do everything his way... Despicable.
Definitely needed to sit and watch for a few seasons. Not a 1st round quarterback.

Agree. Just not there. He would need to improve his footwork, progressions, etc. he needs to be 3lite in all areas due to his limitations.
