    To make the search for life beyond our planet more systematic and focused, scientists have developed a metric known as the Earth Similarity Index, which measures the similarity of a planet or moon to Earth based on various parameters such as temperature, atmospheric pressure, and habitability. It ranges from 0.0 to 1, with 0.8 and 1 indicating that a planet is similar to Earth in every aspect.
    In recent years, advances in technology allowed us to uncover a multitude of exoplanets and moons with striking similarities to Earth.
    One of them was found in 2019 and called Teegarden B. This is a super Earth [Mass: 1.05 Earths] orbiting an M-type star every 4.9 days at a distance of 0.0252 AU.
    The Teegarden’s Star is one of the closest stars to our solar system located about 12.4 light-years away from us. And although the red dwarf is 10 times less massive than our sun, and has a temperature of just about 2,700°C [5,000°F], it can still provide enough heat for its two planets [Teegarden b Teegarden c].
    The two exoplanets are similar to the inner planets in our solar system and are only slightly more massive than Earth. Both of them are situated in the habitable zone where liquid water can exist, but Teegarden b seems much more promising, and here’s why.

      I think you are being sarcastic. Though its true that there are almost unlimited probabilities so we should keep seeking What's Truth.
      And, if we analyse History then its easy to realise that there isn't a SINGLE civilization in human History which hasn't been destroyed / punished / annihilated for their disobedience and sins. Be it - Babylonian, Mesopotamian, Indus Valley civilization, Persian, Roman, Assyrian, etc. etc.
      However, there could be people who think that this Technologically Advanced Modern Civilization is an exception. We all should wait and see!
      This is the order of events according to my limited knowledge & understanding :-
      Collapse of Petro-dollar, Paper monetary system [(actual cause of WW3), many geo-political conflicts and situations are side reasons /smoke and mirrors] ~ 80% - 90% expected to die ~ Many years of great oppression & injustice, more than even now (probably 7) ~ lsraeI ruling state of the World (obvious) ~ Emergence of Mahdi (r.a.) - A Guided & Just ruler ~ Peace & Prosperity for a while ~ Coming of Dajjal/Antíchrist (their much awaited one-eyed Messiah) in Human form (live for 37 days & will do many miracles & many things) ~ coming of Eesa/Jesus (p.b.u.h.) & killing Dajjal ~ Peace for many years (some say 8-9 years & some 40) ~ Coming of Yajuj and Majuj (a corrupt ancient tribe) in large numbers & much violence & killing ~ Their destruction from an infection / disease on their neck by Allah s.w.t. ~ Peaceful death of all the believers from a breeze from Yemen ~ Destruction of the Kaaba 🕋 (in Mecca, Saudi Arabia) brick to brick by Dhul suwaq qatain (a person with short legs) ~ Dwelling of only Disbelievers and Criminals on Earth ~ The Earth will be cursed coz there will be no one to say La ilaha il Allah (There's no God except Allah) ~ Trembling of Mountains & shaking of the Earth (physical destruction of the World and the Universe).
      We have been already warned about it!
      And there is no city but that We will destroy it before the Day of Resurrection or punish it with a severe punishment. That has ever been in the Register inscribed.
      [Chapter 17 Isra (The Night Journey) : 58]
      'That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not.'

    The problem with these red dwarf systems is that in order for a planet to be in the habitable zone it must be very close to the star, and that equals tidal locking, and that means the actual habitable region of these is a ring region, and there are a variety of other issues with a sun that never "moves" and a planet with two vastly different halves. That's not to mention how unstable (though extremely long-lived) red dwarfs appear to be.
    No discussion of this is complete without acknowledging that any "humans" who ever settle an extrasolar planet or moon are likely to be heavily genetically engineered, if not dispensing with biological bodies altogether.

    • @DestinyAwaits19
      @DestinyAwaits19 Рік тому +17

      That situation would be even better. The habitable ring region would always be at twilight hours, so its not too hot or cold. And it would take thousands and thousands of years for humans to populate an entire planet. Atleast with a tidally locked exoplanet you just need to inhabit the ring region. That's just my opinion. Tell me what you think.

    • @sziklamester1244
      @sziklamester1244 Рік тому +10

      The only option available (the other is trickier) would be to correct this to make large shaders orbiting around the planet and effectively creating a day-night cycle that would regulate the temperature on the planet. The other option is to speed up the rotation up to a level where there is a significant day-night cycle but then it needs also a moon that can stabilize the planet axis and rotation and keep the interior fluid.
      Otherwise I would no go for tidally locked planets no matter how their stars are capable to live longer if the ultimate problem with it to the tidal lock. A younger version of our Sun like star is the real option because the heat it provides and the distance of the star can be good so the planet have chance to not be tidal locked.

    • @johno1544
      @johno1544 Рік тому +9

      We actually dont really know about the habitable zone of such tidally locked planets. The atmosphere and oceans may circulate heat across the planet far better then some assume. We are just really guessing.

    • @robo5013
      @robo5013 Рік тому +32

      Another thing that is never mentioned about any planets that may be 'earth like' is whether they have a magnetosphere which would be necessary to block solar radiation and winds from reaching the planet's surface. That means the planet would have to have a molten core similar to Earth's in order to create one. With tidally locked planets do they spin fast enough to create a magnetosphere even if conditions in their cores would allow it? There are so many factors that contribute to making life on Earth possible other than being in the Goldilocks zone.

    I think that while it's natural for us to think about life as we know it, we should also be open to the unexpected. For all we know, an oxygenated atmosphere may be a toxic one to some alien being, and perhaps one reason we haven't found evidence of other life outside of our own planet. Different terrain, dangers, and atmosphere will also determine how things evolve and at what rate. Perhaps the inhabitants are more feral in appearance due to the direction that was taken by ancestors, or perhaps the bodies structures are much more dense, depending on how that species managed to survive. Whatever the case, I hope that the opportunity to travel the stars arrives sooner rather than later. No coincidence in the Universe, we were born in this time for a reason, just need to discover what that reason is. I personally would avoid any kind of stars what tidally locks it's planets because the available habitable surface of the planet is decrease highly. Unless we can correct it with solar shaders - mirrors to create artificial day-night cycle. There need a material that light enough and can be resist the pressure of the Star also the gravity of the planet and keep in place not requires too much energy. In this scenario these planets can be considered to be colonized otherwise I would not go for there. An actual Sun like star would be ideal if it is younger than our own Star because the similar characteristics, the similar light wave and heat levels. With a good technology a young 15-100 million years old Star like Sun could be ideal if there are rocky planets or Gas giants laying in the habitable zone. With techology you can later reduce the overheating, heat when needed and make day night cycle. Magnetic field generator and some atmosphere changer if it needs. These are options for the future ourselves but currently non of these are feasable.

      Theres a problem with uploading your consciousness into a computer.
      Even if they copy every your exact DNA as well as your brain's neurons which would yield a perfect digital clone, it will still be a clone.
      It will be you to everyone except, it will not be you.
      There are 2 ways that our consciousness might be expanded.
      1) By using science to better control our aging and advance solutions towards things that kill us,
      **Like building an artificial heart that never stops pumping. People die when the brain stops receiving oxygen for whatever reason, so if you can just solve that one issue of a heart stopping which stops a brain from receiving oxygen you can already raise the average lifespan by a decade or two.
      Will not stop people from suffocation or bleeding out.
      2) Our consciences is linked to a part of the universe that our senses cannot measure.
      Essentially if we have a soul. Given our understanding of science that cannot be ruled out completely.
      But uploading your consciences into a computer.
      I really doubt that that is possible from a logical standpoint. Even if they put that computer into your body, the second you replace your neurons you might no longer be you. But merely a exact copy.

    Thanks for the development of science. Hopefully one day people can build spacecraft that can take people to travel to those planets.

    Landing with drones on other planets would be fantastic
    Not seeing mars a place we can go to
    But places we wouldn’t be able
    To travel to in our time
    Close camera
    Imagine seeming life
    God made us
    And this universe was believe it or not
    Made for us 🙏🏼🎫♾️ ✨
    If we only knew
    If war does not kill us
    We will find out

      If you travel at 1 light speed (basically warp speed), it'd take 4 years. If you travel with the modern fastest rocket, it'd take 148,000 years.

    There is no way that we are alone, the universe is too big for us to think that we're alone, and maybe other civilizations live outside of our observable universe...who knows

    I think AI will help us to see these worlds. Human travel will be hard but AI thats really advanced will do it.

      Interesting take, never thought about it that way. But will also be as technologically hard to even penetrate atmospheres etc. But AI will be so interesting to tie in once they limit is crossed
