Too much protein is also not good. And protein powder should be watery in intake. You need fibre as well in food. I have never seen you or pooja consuming any fibre. It may have affect your health in long term.

For some reason I just don't like how people measure their food and eat....eat in moderation or pet ber k Khao koi baat nhi hai but yeh powder and artificial protein yeh sab bakwas hai long term meh.... Kidney liver ko cause karta hai.... Aur yeh khana measure kar k maat kao kitna ajib lagta hai 😶
I agree your opinion but it is not artificial protein brother it is derived from milk in natural form only and measuring food is important does who concern about there calories .
