- So here is my review and demo of the Ancient Egyptian Collection from curlBOX's Gold Box by The Mane Choice :) :)
I started on freshly washed hair and tried to stick only to what was provided in the collection versus mixing it with stuff I know already works for my hair. (I did have to use some gel for hold). This collection left my hair moisturized and my strands felt so smooth!

My hair color:
This was a custom color job that is now faded no longer the original color. It was created by a stylist at a salon, using a professional system not available in beauty supply stores and which requires a valid cosmetology license to purchase--no I do not know the name. It cannot be recreated precisely and the shade looks different on me every time she touches it up since she blends it up on the spot.
Bleach was not used. We have been lifting my hair lighter and lighter over time using developer (which is not bleach) since October of 2015. I will not post a video on how to color because I am not a licensed cosmetologist and I will not give directions on how to use chemicals that I do not have a good understanding of. If you'd like help with achieving this color, please consult a LICENSED professional who specializes in natural hair because coloring will alter your hair and can damage depending on your texture and the process.

You're right. Some folks be hyping stuff up. However, this liquid gold is wonderful. My hair was so soft and very easy to detangle. Like very easy to detangle the comb slid through my hair effortlessly. 😊

I agree. I am so against leaving things on for... too long. If it doesn't work after 5 min. (for me), then I'm going to be buying something else, more moisturizing and more detangling! For sure. :)

I have those products too. works good. but I just bought the antidote oil the other day BC I'm running out. and I read the new bottle description that I bought and realized ! on my new one it doesnt mention the UV Protection on it !!!😱 like WTH is that about? (I know you dont know lol) but I was just saying if you have a old bottle and compare to the new. there's different info on.

Awesome video. I bought one mane choice product just to try out in my transitioning hair. I felt the difference vs other product I've used but in your opinion is this line mainly for full naturals or transitioners also like my self?
They market to allllll textures and phases in the hair journey. I honestly haven't gotten any negative feed back about it.

What type is your hair ? i'm in the 4 hair type and my hair has problem is dryness and i have problem with coconut oil and there products have coconut oil. Help !!!! 😫😫😫

hi Daye! I received my mane choice ancient Egyptian product in the mail. my unboxing was completely different from yours. I did not have any pretty packaging. my products came in a usps box. and no top for my split end treatment serum. 😒 I was wondering if they only packaged their product nicely for the people that does reviews on UA-cam. I have not used the product yet... but is this something u still use?
