Thank you so much for this! You Rock!!
@@azielarts You're welcome! Thanks for the tutorial, it helped me add some bullet trails while rendering an animation students shot :)
@@AnimatorsJourney Right on! Happy to help!
I've been watching A LOT of UE5 tutorials trying to get my head around basic functions, and you are by far the best person I've found at explaining things in way that's simple, succinct and easy to follow. Thank you sir!
love the quick clarity! thanks for making this and keep it up!
Love the effect. I don't have a use for it, but will keep this idea for future projects. Great Job!
Great tutorial. Works really well. Thank you
Amazing tutorial! To the point and detailed!
Wow super easy tutorial and effective, thank you so much !
Dude, kickass videos man! I love how you explain the reasons for each of the different settings. It really helps learning everything. Very informative in every way!
Thanks so much man! I am so happy to hear that the videos have been helpful. I totally agree, my hope is that if you understand a bit more of why you do something, it can apply to more types of situations and things you want to make 👍
Amazing tutorial, thank you so much!
addicted to watching this guides.. keep it up !
Amazing! I am addicted to making them 😉
Nice one mate, great tutorials thanks!
good job. Good pace and clarity. Really helped :)
Nice tutorial! Thanks a lot
You are welcome 👍
Awesome, bro. My self-work is also going on, and your two tutorials will help me a lot.
Amazing!! I am so happy to hear that. That is why I do it.
Thanks!Good work!❤
First, thank you, seriously. I NEVER subscribe to things. In my years on UA-cam, I never would subscribe because I hated the notifications. But in this case, you did what many teachers would miss doing.
Which brings me to the second point, I appreciate how much you are willing to explain why we do the action we are doing. This is what causes users to actually learn.
Lastly, one additional thing I would like to request is any guides or pointers in these videos on how to optimize things for shipping into production.
Again, Thank you so much.
Amazing! I am so happy to hear this. It is really why I do what I do. I learned most of what I know from the internet, so I am just returning the favor. Also, great question on the builds. I will see what I can do, though I have less experience in that area.
What an amazing tutorial! Thank you!
You are welcome!
Hey man this is exactly what I was looking for, thank u so much
Yo !! So happy it was helpful!
Amazing! definitely learnt new things here! and easy to understand.
Awesome!!
thank you for teaching this I was just wanting to add bullet tracers to my war movie
So Cool! i used this for my Star Wars ATAT walker animation. The ATAT will get full load of this system :)
AWESOME! That is such a great place to use this. Did not realize how close to their look it was.
Awesome. Can you please enhance the collision with explosion that lights up a fire in the collision area. Thanks 🎉
cool effect!
Thanks 🙏
Amazing 💪
I've been learning UE5 for about 4 months now, and i have to say that your tutorials are the best on YT hands down.. They are clear, easy to follow but yet very informative.. I just want to thank you for the hard work you put in, and for sharing your knowledge with us.. Thank you!
You are so welcome!! This made my day. It is exactly why I do this:) I am so pumped for you !!!! Out of curiosity, are you a student, or currently a digital artist of some kind, or a Filmmaker?
Right now it's more of a hobby, and i love the fimmaking aspect of it.. Still very new to it and need to invest in a new PC but for me it's more filmmaking, enviroments and VFX stuff😄@@azielarts
I agree with him 100%
Thank you teacher 🙏🙏🙏
You are welcome. What are you making?
@@azielarts I'm currently practicing making a short film.
Great stuff
🤙
Thank you
No problem 👍
Would be cool if you can add a video-turt on how to add the kinda soundseffects for bullets etc that you have in the example.. ty in advance =)
dope af : )
💪🤙
you are awesome man
Thank you! Glad it was helpful 👍
Wow, the lighting of your webcam video is amazing, any tips for a fellow content creator like myself on what you're using to get such good webcam quality and lighting?
Thanks so much! I don't have a huge setup. Just a single light with a soft box. Here is what I am using.
CAMERA - amzn.to/3mAnjF7
LENS - amzn.to/48f9fDE
MICROPHONE - amzn.to/3KY6Nrq
LIGHT - amzn.to/48gp5xV
SOFTBOX - amzn.to/3PBNwP5
@@azielarts Thank you for the reply and for the links, that's a lot nice equipment! keep up the great work 💪
Yeah true, it did take some time to build up to it :) I think lighting makes the biggest difference, so if you are looking to be more strategic then, that is what I would do :) good luck 👍
@@azielarts Awesome! Thanks for the advice 🙏❤️
great tutorial, just a question Aziel, how can i add an "impact texture" on the surface after bullet hit and collision happened. the texture of damage should remain permanent.
Thanks so much!
Bangin! 👈
Let's Go!
My gahd thank you so much bro but is there a way to make the particle come closer to emit from a point like machine gun cause this one is spaced out alot
Hello Aziel! Thank you so much for this, it was super informative! One question - do you know how well this performs in a video game? Is this solution performance heavy for real time (like if a player spams the shoot button for example)? The game I'm working on is for two players with network co-op
Hey! Yes it is very performant because you are just using a small number of sprites. If you are talking about VR or mobile, that might be a different story, but for a PC or console target, it should work well👍
Amazing tutorial! Thank you so much for sharing! I am following along and have run into a slight problem: the particles seem to collide with the trees, and the spawned particles work. But only if I hide the PCG... when hidden I can see the sparks hitting the (invisible) trees, but when I unhide the PCG my sparks only very sporadically show up. Am I missing something here? I would really appreciate your help with this one! Again, thank you for making great content!
Hello very good your tutorial.
I have a question, when colliding the particles I see that they come out in vertical position and it looks weird, I have added the end of the particles as you say in the tutorial but they are still seen, is there another way to fix this?
Another question is, how can I make these particles come out of a gun or a cannon?
thanks and greetings
You need to set the Directional Burst effect to Velocity Aligned as well
hi ! please can you show me how to make this method to work or act like a CFD (compu fluid) in unreal thank you
you re good
check your collision threshold if particles arnt spawning at the collision locaiton
Solid Tip! Thanks for sharing 🙏
How would you go about attaching this to a projectile from a gun?
I have a problem whenever i add the "recieve collision event, unreal engine crashes am using ue5.2
hey bro, that's great my friend, Can you increase the frequency of tutorials?
Haha I will do my best
lmao
Tell me why the life cycle of Niagara in the sequencer only works when the slider stops on this red cycle scale - after all, it should work correctly when played on this red scale!?
Can we spawn Niagara particle as trails pff geometry like long exposure light trails that stay constant?
yep, you can also just spawn a line of particles and have them not die off right away to cheat that sort of effect if you want
@@azielarts How do you do that?
@@GeneralResh you increase the particles lifespan
@@azielarts How would I go about making a Star Wars blaster effect come from the barrel of a gun? Been trying to use your tutorial as a sort of guide but I can’t figure out which emitter to use or if I should even use Niagara?
👍
we can use this to make rain/hail
yep very similar for rain or hail, you just need to point it down ;)
@@azielarts im using it for uefn but its need to do a lot of changes due perfomace
Ooh sorry, I am not super familiar with uefn. I will need to look in to that
