I really appreciated the care given to the scything wrap on the front end of the fletching's. Shooting off the thumb makes this detail a must since a feather buried under your skin is no fun at all. As I understand it, this shooting style is more about form than accuracy. Lovely demonstration too. Thankyou ladies.
Well done. Beautiful work and demonstration ❤
The Japanese like to reach perfection in almost anything they do.
Incredible craft!
Preserving traditional archery is great!
The craftmanship of this gentleman, a true artisan of bow and arrow manufacturing, is superb. Watching him making, in sharp details, all the processes to build an arrow, was my distinct pleasure. The professional level, displayed in this film, by Mr. Sagara Ya, is mesmerizing and inspiring. From Romania, with respect and love. Your admirer, Alex Baran.
Szacunek za ogrom pracy włożony w każdą strzałę.
Wonderful! I enjoyed this very much.
( Brazil )
Such wonderful skills and dedication!
Thank you very much for sharing!
❤❤
Très belles images, avec un véritable artiste. Une maîtrise de fabrication exceptionnelle.
Thank you this video! Them arrows are perfection at its highest, cheers.
Thankyou very much for your time and talent ! I also work with my hands in England , but with leather .

I am in awe of the process and the craftsmanship to create these arrows.
I am in love with Japan and always appreciate to see the process of traditional craftsmanship from there.
Everything has a tradition, if not even a ritual.
It makes you appreciate every single thing even more.
You can always live there...............

Pity all the eagles have to die to make these arrows...😢😢😢.
Lindo trabalho artesanal ...muita experiência e paciência dedicação envolvida.. abraço desde Brasil santa Catarina
Absolutely wonderful. I would love to learn that craft. The way I make arrows in the USA is quite a bit different. But traditional ways are disappearing, and that is close to my heart. Too bad there is no place near me to learn. Thank you for demonstrating your craft. By the way, can I buy scissors like those?
Continue trabalhando nessa arte milenar
WOW. Perfection. All by hand. 💖
Beautiful work
AMAZINg workmanship
Beautiful mastership! At least I have the same teapot.
Thank you very much for this beautiful video. It shows an amazing tradition. So much patience and beauty in making an arrow.😊 Wish and your loved ones the best.
Impresionante. Gracias !!!
Absolutely loved this. Much respect to people who continue to do old craftsmanship. In nothing but awe for the people that possess such a skill.
I watched carefully as the maestro split the feathers, then used an iron to flatten them. Very pleasant to see the arrows made then being shot and so well, from such a long war bow.

Beautiful Craftsmanship !! What a lost art. I used to make my own Cedar arrows. Cut raw shafts, stained them, clear coat, then fletch them with a left wing natural barred turkey feather with a left helical twist, for rotation and stability and taper the ends for field points. Then align the grain of the wood to be perpendicular to the riser of the bow, before gluing on the nocks, so that all the arrows , flex the same out of the bow, and have consistent spine.
I appreciate the artecan work.. Makes me want to order some arrows to here in Finland and give such a art piece for my colleagues as supportive gift (fly as this one...)
Amazing master piece👍👍👍
U'r culture is amazing!
-Greetings from Sweden..
Simply beautiful!
The start was relaxed, with the beautiful craftsmanship well depicted. But the end was extremely tense! Then came the release when the arrow was fired. What a great little film.
Beautiful work, a lot of know-how in this video. It.woyld have been also interesting to see how to put the other end of the arrow, the sharp...
Anyway, many thanks for sharing this skills with us😊
