- 앞 영상과 비슷한 상황에서 탬핑 깊이를 1미리? 2미리 변경하여 추출.
(깊게 했는지 얕게 했는지는 기억 안 남 ㅡ.ㅡ)
이것도 첫 맛은 괜찮은데 쓴 한약 맛이 났음.
원두 도징량 약 16g, 추출 약 32g
(예전에 저울로 재었을 때, 위 샷잔으로 40ml 좀 넘으면 약 30~32g 나왔었음)

So many crema, i never get that when i use crm3605, what grind size you use?
I changed to a grinder called jx-pro this year.
So now there is no Encore Grinder.
But, sometimes I was asked about the grinding point.
So I'm telling you depending on my memory.
I put it at 2 point at first, then disassembled it and adjusted it to zero, and grinded it to 10.
As you know, there is a big difference in grinding point for each user in Encore, so no matter how much I did, I wouldn't be able to do the same thing.
It is recommended to first learn the size of the eso particle by eye, and then grind it little by little while descending from 10.
Grind it and rub it with your fingers and find the point where the very fine particles come out.
I used up a lot of coffee to pull the eso every time I went down one level.
Don't go through trial and error like me.

엔코 분쇄도 몇인지 궁금해용
전 처음엔 2에 놓고 하다가 분해해서 영점조절했고, 지금은 10으로 분쇄합니다.
아시다시피 엔코는 각 유저마다의 분쇄도 차이가 커서, 제가 얼마를 했다 해서 똑같이 해도 안될거예요.
일단 에소 입자 크기를 눈으로 익히시고, 10에서부터 내려오면서 조금씩 갈아보면서 원하는 입자가 나오면 에소 뽑아보시는 걸 추천드립니다~
전 한 단계 내릴 때 마다 에소 뽑느라 커피 엄청 소모했거든요~
저 같은 시행착오 겪지 마세요~
