I have recently purchased this product and this is product is so good. I purchased from their website and got it delivered within 6 days of the order...and packaging is also good. There wasn't any damage. I have been using this product daily and it has become a life changer for me. Thank you Meenakshi and Meenakshi for introducing a wonderful product. ❤️ For those who are saying that rice is not draining properly..... there's a little trick to it.... Step 1 - remove the strainer pot let the 1st batch of water drain. Step 2 - after the water is drained slightly tilt the strainer pot and you can see remaining water starts to drain. Step 3 - slightly shake the strainer pot up and down to remove excess water. By this time you can see the water is almost fully drained from the rice. Follow this and thank me later.😀
