Добрый день! Я всегда снимаю горизонтальное видео. Горизонтальная картинка значительно информативнее вертикальной. Но для shorts необходим вертикальный кадр. Для того, чтобы сделать shorts белее динамичным, я бы хотел перемещать горизонтально вертикальный фрейм по полному горизонтальному кадру во времени ролика. Скажите возможна ли такая функция в VSDC?
Здравствуйте, Вы можете создать вертикальную сцену, разместить туда ваше видео и масштабировать его так, чтобы нужный вам участок видео располагался на сцене. Затем для изменения положения можно использовать инструмент «Перемещение» www.videosoftdev.com/ru/how-to-make-objects-move-in-video или видеоэффект «Смещение». Hello, сould you please clarify if you have created at least one segmentation zone? The "Exclude region" option only appears after you create an "Include region" zone where the segmentation will take place. After that, you can exclude parts from it or around it.
