I wonder, does anyone else have the core monster hunter memory of fighting an enraged odogaron flying across the arena during the main chorus of this theme?
This song gives me so many memories of dueling Odogaron with a Legiana longsword, narrowly dodging his claws and tail-swipes, scanning for a chance to flinch-shot or weaken a part, poking when he got close, biting down on Sushifish scales to neutralize the bleeding, watching it run into the next area, Torch Podding the floor to keep the Effluvium at bay, finally getting the knock-down as the Girros swarm it, Iai Spirit Slashing its tail off, letting it limp into the passage back to its nest, setting up the shock trap while it sleeps and slamming down two tranq bombs for the capture. Good times.
