The ability they’re using to keep Gojo out, isn’t Domain Expansion, it’s called a curtain. The curtain/barrier is used to limit who/what can enter and exit the area but it could still be considered similar to a domain. However, as you saw, it requires some kind of totem that is infused with the curse and then activated. Domain Expansion is very rare among jujutsu sorcerers, the only one we’ve seen for sure is able to do it is Gojo.
