In modern terms it's basically like "hey this guy has a nuclear bomb that only he can use but he swears he won't, also there are 19 other dormant nuclear bombs and he wants us to let him activate them so they're all in one spot, but he swears he won't use them trust me"

Kamo can manipulate his Blood flow,pressure,pulse and RBCs as well.Search RBC doping and you will get why Megumi said he was doping.He's not taking actual drugs.
So is he increasing his RBCs which inturn increase his total o2 carrying capacity which will provide more o2 to vital organs and muscles giving him increased strength.

@@rinranhai4990 Doping is just enhancing performance with substances or manipulation of other factors. Like cyclists who save their own blood in a fridge and inject it on race days to get a massive boost to their cardio. The Kamo clan can manipulate their own blood, thus the "doping" comparison

Definitely feel bad for Noritoshi with his messed up mother situation, but yeah hopefully they all just realize Itadori is just a cool potato guy! If you guys didn't look up 'doping', it's a term usually used when athletes take Performance Enhancing Drugs (PEDs), but can be used for any drug situation really (Nicole on the money here). In this case I'm guessing it's because Noritoshi was doing stuff with his blood to make himself stronger. Glad our teams can now work together!

His name is not Bonito Flakes it's Toge Inumaki and no the clans are separate of each other and aren't servants or bodyguards for a certain clan. There are 3 clans here, Kamo, Zenin and the other one....... you'll get to know about it.
I read a bunch of comments that were tactful like this and then I went to find more videos to see if they watched the 1x18 Stroll and the first line of someone's comment told me the third one

I will explain the clans thing because the story doesn't explain it to well.
In the world of Jujutsu there are 3 clans that have a lot of influence and are the most powerfull:
1-The first clan is the Zen'in and their star technique is the "ten shadows technique", Megumi's power. And yeah Megumi is from that clan as well as Maki and Mai.
2-The second clan is the Mako clan their star technique is the "blood manipulation thecnique" the one that you saw from Noritoshi in this episode.
3- The third clan i can't say it because that is a spoiler.
As you can see if you inherith one of the clans techniques you are treated like a king, Noritoshi has the blood manipulation and he is going to be the next head of the Kamo clan. Remember that even if you are from one of this clans that doesn't mean that you will have one of the techniques because remember that you have to be born with those cursed techniques you can't practice to have a cursed technique, that's why Noritoshi was saying to Megumi that they are the same because they both have inherith the powers of their clans and someday they will be the leaders of their clans and also they both have only one parent that was from their clans, like if you think about it is obvious that one of Megumi's parents wasn't from the Zen'in clan, that or he changed his last name to Fushiguro. Oh and also Megumi is also my favourite character, he just keeps getting better with each arc

Doping is what you have heard about in athletics when someone takes a substance to enhance their athletic performance.
In context of his technique he was artificially increasing his blood capabilities to give him an advantage over megumi.
since his technique is related to use his blood he is what some athletes use as blood doping by removing and injecting himself with his own blood but i don't know the science behind it
@@yaboywagons2041 Blood doping specifically is when you remove oxygenated red blood cells and have them reinjected back into you prior to an event to drastically increase your stamina/endurance.

This is also what's being talked about in sports when you hear about PEDs, aka Performance Enhancing Drugs, like steroids. Doping is the use of PEDs or other sort of substance to try to illegally up your physical performance, and blood doping is a real thing using blood as the PED. It's not an exact fit here, because there's certainly not some law that prevents Kamo from using his own blood cursed technique to enhance his body.

I highly suggest you to watch Haikyuu since you guys seem to have been watching all dark and depressing anime like Aot, Kimetsu no Yaiba, and now Jujutsu Kaisen lol. Just to explain the clan relationships between the characters we love and know: Maki, Mai, and Megumi are apart of the Zen'in clan (Though Megumi doesn't consider himself apart of the clan anymore, and thats why his last name isnt Zen'in). They'll explain why Megumi doesn't consider himself apart of the clan in the near future. Kamo clan: is Noritoshi, his mother, and other ppl we don't know yet. There is one more BIG important clan that hasn't been talked about yet. They have said there is 3 major clans in Jujutsu!👍🏽💜

Hi Guys! Loving the reaction, when Megumi said that Kamo (eyes closed guy) was doping that's a weird translation. It would've been clearer if he said blood doping because what he is doing is imitating a specific kind of doping by manipulating his blood. Functionally, it just makes him way stronger and faster.

Doping often refers to drugs, essentially it's the use of supplements to alter body chemistry, often in ways that would be classed as cheating in athletic competitions.
Noritoshi Kamo is presumably supplementing with iron, hence doping.

Oh not my favorite episode but the fight between megumi and kamo was awesome, the whole backstory for kamo was quick like didn't even extended his whole tragic story but surely not a miss character. Toge cursed technique is OP af but not my favorite character but damn gege be making well thought character design and developments. Want to say something for next episode but I'll just wait.

I’m a little late here but Megumi was referring to Blood Doping. Since dude can manipulate blood, he can manipulate the blood in his own body. It’s one of the things Lance Armstrong got in trouble for. Pretty sure it has something to do with increasing the oxygen content in your blood to enhance performance
Doping is the process of adding things to something to make it perform better. In this case talking about blood doping an illegal activity that sometimes athletes especially cyclists engage in to perform better like increasing your body's ability to carry blood by staying long periods of time in a hyperbaric chamber. Also Kamo and Zenin clan are two out of the strongest three clans that have a lot of jujutsu sorcerors. Except sometimes they expect too much and go the wrong way almost considering people with no jujutsu abilities as less than humans and consigning them the life of a servant. Maki, Mai and Megumi are part of the Zenin clan. Kamo Noritoshi(Blood doper) is part of the Kamo clan.
