How would you compare braking perfomance? I feel the renault is the worst and scania electric is better but i'm not sure how it compares to the diesel version
In game? Yes. In the real world? Not really. ETS2 is missing some very important simulation features, namely maximum allowed driving times and mandatory rest times. There are long-haul BEV trucks that can easily last a day if those times are used for charging and the charging infrastructure is already there. It's just not enough infrastructure for every hauler to immediately replace their fleet with BEV trucks.
@@bxndxlx4150 Ok, it's not YET optimally developed, but a V8 powertrain is excessive in 99.9 % of situations. Maybe in the most extreme heavy cargo weights, but even then, the Mercedes Actros 8x4 uses a six cylinder engine.

The only electric truck advantage for me is good acceleration from 0 to 30 km/h
still waiting for scania super line series truck and also the 770hp and obviously the volvo fh 21
Awesome video 😀👍
Love u bro! thanks!

The braking on the electric trucks works a lot better if you use the engine brake by holding B
@@AssettoRacerGR I have auto engine brake on both electric and diesel trucks. Electrics are always worse
It's a bit unfair because in real life the scania V8, especially the 730 paired with a 12 speed GRSO925 gearbox. There's no 6 speed Scania 730.
In my other video, I compared using Scania 12 speed. ua-cam.com/video/9yMm4zLmfOg/v-deo.html
For acceleration, 6 speed is actually better though
One is rapidly becoming dated, if not already obsolete, and the other is electrically charged.
Have voted for SCANIA R/S and R2009/Streamline, one vote from my mobile data and another one from wifi in home
I like electric cars
U lying
Long haulage + Electric = Bad
