Today I'll show you how to make sweet potato fries in the air fryer. I'm not a sweet potato lover but, I have to say, these air fryer sweet potato fries turned out pretty darn good if I do say so myself.😊 The hardest part will be cutting the sweet potatoes-- something like cutting into a thick carrot. So this is the time to break out your sharpest knife to make this process go easier and it's all down hill after that, I promise. And if you usually go for the frozen bag of sweet potato fries. I suggest giving this recipe a try. I think you'll be glad you did.

I love sweet potatoes and the fries too. I haven't tried it in my air fryer yet. Just regular french fries. I have a feeling maybe beaten egg whites would help them be crisper. I will try that.

Hi Kelly. I do like sweet potatoes and those fries look really good. I see you now have a Cosori, how do you like it compared to the Cooks Essentials? Pretty red too. My husband can no long eat sweet potatoes for health reasons, too much oxylate in them. But I can fix a small one for myself sometime. Thanks for showing this. You stay safe as well dear heart. Totally agree Kelly it's hard to get a Crispy Sweet potato fry but it's a different animal then a normal potato lol. Those look amazing gf. I am not a big fan of sweet potatoes but the fry..yes indeed :)

Hi Ginger!🌹 I don't know if the Cosori is any better than the CE. They are both the same wattage(1700). The Cosori is a little bigger 5.8 qt. vs CE at 5.3 qt. I just thought it was time to try something different. I have heard nothing but good from people who have one. I also think it is a little prettier than the CE😁..Stay safe!
Do you still use the air fryer oven that you were testing out?? I think I like the basket models over the oven types. Comments???
Every thing I read says never use pam cooking sprays as it can hurt the coating inside. Have you had any issues.
May I substitute arrowroot starch?
