That is a beautiful city, in a beautiful area of Sicily. We were fortunate to have been able to enjoy a meal at Duomo Ristorante there a couple of years ago.
It would be nice if there were some captions explaining what they were cooking. The first half of the video i had no idea what they were putting on the dough…and im 100% italian
good video as usual but that beeping at 2:40 could of done with editing out or compression, maybe I'm sensitive to sounds since getting 24/7 tinnitus but it was so loud.
I don't think that the two younger guys are accustomed to having the boss working with them. His main restaurant, Duomo Ristorante, is nearby, and he probably spends most of his time there.
They are feeling the pressure of being recorded, based on what they're saying, but the product is authentic. At 19:13 the owner tells the guy to don't be too excited/confused.
