Round 15 you passed up a T2 mana gem, would have been insane in your Falcon Sword for giving lots of mana. Usually you see it for the chill, but I think you missed its huge value for the mana it'd generate you.
Yep, blue gems are op with the mana staves.
Blue gems have tough competition between red and purple but I definitely did underutilize them here, lessons for next time!

I had an insanely lucky run with two Critwood Staff and almost never went into Fatigue 🤣

I appreciate seeing you have the same struggles as me lol that first game happens alot to me! I did finally hit Diamond on Reaper and Plat on Ranger last night though :D I love Reaper with Staff of Unhealing, as many ruby chonks as possible with vamp gloves and goobers :D The shield meta lately has kept me away from melee. This game is so addicting, thanks for getting me hooked! Have you tried their other game Furcifers Fungeon?

@@ZiggyDGaming I haven't tried it either, I just downloaded it but apparently it hasn't received an update recently because they're quite busy with Backpack Battles :D
I hate how powerful the pure shield with thorns and food builds are right now.
You can 100% ignore thorns with range. If you're facing a lot of thorns builds go more (or all) range
Rocks, bows, amythest, ribsae blade all do number on shield spam/spikes builds.
Yeah I'm seeing a ton of them, like an unhealthy amount, when your playing melee it's pretty much autoloss unless you have Rib Saw, and when you are ranged or full poison it's free win, kinda boring imo.
Maybe a change to the Spiked Shield would help, atm if you have an armor you can easily proc 3-4 Spikes turn 1 on all Spiked Shields.

In the 19:00 fight, your opponent didn't have the stars from the piercing arrow on anything. The tip of the arrow just sat against the outer edge of the bag. The fuck.
edit: at 25:00, there's another one. Arrow only hits a single duck, no weapons. Has something changed very recently or something?
This is actually reasonable but certainly not ideal. The green luck triggers are the most important part of the ranger arrow. Ideally ofc you want both but luck is priority!
Why is he rolling on 1 coin juat to reserve? He can't buy anything for 0 anyways
I don't know if excess gold carries over between rounds. Starting the next fight might've wasted that gold, in that case it would make sense to spend it on a reroll to see if you got an item you wanted & could reserve.
@@snozzmcberry2366 Excess gold does carry over between round, it's even mentioned in a tooltip if you hover your gold.
It's generally a missplay, unless you want to maximise your chance of getting an item from a specific rarity and the proc rate for that rarity is getting lower next round, or you have stuff you are ok selling now in your inventory, but often Ziggy does it in cases where it doesn't make sense.
Yeah I'm starting to manage my reroll timing a bit more, trying for goober has taught me a lot about it!

Yeah, when you're low on gold it's generally better to save it and profit from the free reroll that comes with every round.

Cuts in vids are the worst meta ever. I am trying to learn and boom, 30sec timeskip and Idk what happened, changed. This channel ain't for me I guess.
I try to keep it to bag shuffles and other stuff like talking to chat that doesn't matter but I may have been a little overzealous and I'll see about toning it down a little.
