@brittnyy113 definitely wasn't rushed. Multiple passes were made. Carpets were pretreated and allowed to dewell, and Machine agitated before steam cleaning with multiple passes. For bad areas, I do 2 maybe 3 passes anymore. You're just soaking the carpets and that's a big no no. I may look rushed due the it being edited. If you look at the before, you can tell it needs replacing.
