@brittnyy113 definitely wasn't rushed. Multiple passes were made. Carpets were pretreated and allowed to dewell, and Machine agitated before steam cleaning with multiple passes. For bad areas, I do 2 maybe 3 passes anymore. You're just soaking the carpets and that's a big no no. I may look rushed due the it being edited. If you look at the before, you can tell it needs replacing.

@toom8rs15 Yes, they are I scrubbed it with a 175 before cleaning. I told them it should be cleaned every 3 months. If I go back I'll try to treat that area twice.

You shouldn't use steam on LVP flooring. As for the cleaner I used, it was a low pH nothing harsh was used.

Hi, thank you for the answer.. we've been using for many years Duplex Steam without any problem because the Steam generated is still gentle and nothing in comparison with HWE or similar... however you can use the Duplex also without steam and still it would perform much better than that machine...if you're interested you can test it.. I'm just giving you an advice that can improve your workflow, ergonomic and results...and also you can use it for carpets...

@leonardo.l The machine I'm using is a Windsor Saber. Its a counter rotating brush with 88lbs of down pressure as well as a tank that collects the slurry. I appreciate the recommendation

It's a saphire scientific. I like it makes for fast dry times and I like the clear head.

Thank you. With the LVP floor, you don't want a lot of moisture. I've seen people use spinners but that's a little risky.

There is no shine on the floor. It's a laminate Floor. The machine I used has a soft bristle brush. I do go over it with another machine you can see in the video that sprays a neutral cleaner and microfiber bonet.
