You can have human rights in the U.S. so long as you don't protest, question authority, or definitely question a police officer. Currently, we have no one to defend our rights in the U.S., despite the public face we try to show to the rest of the world...

You will experience the one alway said that they promote human rights, will also be the one treated you as not a human being, first thing they would said they were very busy, so they were backlogged, and they put your case in their inventory list for year after years until yourself and nobody care about the case, then they will dismiss your case. I am glad that Saudi Arabia and the Qatar-based UNION OF ISLAMIC SCHOLARS and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) have denounced the Paris-based magazine for publishing blasphemous material about Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon him). This type of childish and irresponsible behaviour against Islam (or any other Religion) and its followers by some media outlets has got to end - it is really getting boring if it were not for the expected global outrage at such insults. Muslims are honourable and do not post blasphemous and false cartoons and lies about His Eminence the Pope, Jesus (peace be upon him), Moses (peace be upon him), Presidents, Hollywood celebrities, Mandela, Princess Diana or Mother Theresa in the name of “freedom of speech”. Perhaps these foolish countries that have permitted the Danish & French Cartoon mockeries should send all their journalists and Editors to return to school to study Journalism 101 and learn the basics of Ethical Journalism. Freedom comes with responsibility. Wise people do not bully the weak, nor do they make silly little drawings to arouse the sentiments of an emotional public that has already been under severe sustained media, verbal and physical assault for decades. The tragic murder of 3 Muslim students at Chapel Hill, North Carolina, demonstrates the devastating effects of Media Brainwashing that often portrays “all” Muslims in a negative light. What is the hidden agenda of those people who are attacking Islam? There is growing support for the proposed idea that a Law should be formulated by the UN to outlaw and condemn all forms of Religious, Racial and Geographic hatred and Intolerance. Religious intolerance and misunderstanding has led to many global conflicts, mainly among ignorant participants on both sides of a conflict. No Religion promotes hate: people promote hate. It is about time that citizens of the World have to respect each other’s beliefs (or lack of belief) instead of making Blasphemous statements filled with malice, bullying and hatred. This is an appeal to all Nations, Lawyers and to all Humanitarian Organisations worldwide, to provide pro bono services in formulating the New Laws that can be submitted to the United Nations before June 2015. There is growing support for the peaceful movement to boycott everything that is “France/Paris/Denmark”- (cancel travel arrangements; don’t buy clothes, fashion, handbags, shoes, perfumes etc. from France/Paris/Denmark). Instead of demonstrating on the streets (which achieves nothing except more violence) rather show your hurt by giving away your French designer collection and outfits to the poor people in the street. Peace means non-violence. One of the most effective ways to show your love and emotional hurt is to have a global Economic boycott by Nations and individuals. It is time for the Global conflicts (motivated by racism; hatred; bigotry; ignorance; arrogance; intolerance, imperialism, greed, gender violence, human trafficking, child abuse, Religious intolerance) to come to an end. Do we leave behind a world in conflict, warfare & irreparable damage to the environment & extinction of all creatures great & small? Or, do we leave behind a world better than the condition in which we found it: a world in peace, love, harmony and kindness and most important, respect for all creatures and all humans irrespective of race, religion, ideology, nationality or gender? Apathy needs to be replaced with kindness, compassion and mercy for those who don’t have a voice, yet there are silent screams in the dark. 30,000 children under the age of 5 years are dying every single DAY in Africa and Asia. You have a conscience...please use it. Please support “Islamic Relief Worldwide” who have declared 2015 the “Year of Action” (though it would be preferable to see a Decade of Action or a Century of Action until we get it right: failure is not an option): “Action/2015 is a movement to help create a better future for people and the planet. It is made up of thousands of Organisations from around the World.” All good people of the World who are tired of seeing preventable warfare, poverty, suffering, racism, diseases of poverty, hatred, lies, conspiracies, imperialism, media propaganda and evil spilling all over, should join this cause so that Good overcomes the evil that we see. I feel this clip gives overview of human rights, what they are, their complexities, their shortcomings, why human right are needed for a better world. It covers who is responsible for implementing and protecting human rights. I am struck by the video's as it shows human rights complexities and how much energy has been put into it.

Our research report attached herewith is in conformity with Under Article 1(1) and 7 of the Charter of United Nations and the same maybe authorized by the General Assembly of the United Nations in accordance with U/A 96(2) of the present Charter and U/A 2(2), 5(1),6(2),11(2),13(1), 15(1) (a) (c), 16(2) (a),(b),& 18 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights on the basis of U/A 33(1), 55(c), 70, 71,73(a) of the present Charter and accordingly the research paper ought to have been debated with Vatican, World Churches Council, Commission of Churches on International Affairs, Jewish Foundation, Islamic Supreme Councils , researchers of UN and all the International bodies for the following reasons:
“Reporting of world peace solutions between Christians,Jews and Muslims in the world
We are here with attached our research report towards international peace and security for perusal and considerations
Since we are the independent and voluntary researchers with out dependency of finance either from the government or any other agency, on the reasons that we are following Social Justice and Common Goods - Policy Paper of World Council of Churches and also By-laws of the Commission of the Churches on international affairs. Our researchers mainly follow the principles and rules laid down by the above important policy and rules.
Under Articles 2.4, 3.6, 3.10&11, 8.1(b) of the By-laws of the Commission of the Churches on international affairs, we have posted our research report in United Nations Global Compact which containing of solving of problems between Christians, Jews, Muslims and Hindus in the world. In accordance with Articles 3.12 of the above By-Laws, it is a duty of commission of Churches to maintain and provide for the maintenance of contacts with International bodies such as the United Nations and its agencies include regional bodies and other non governmental Organisations, which will assist in the attainment of the aims of the Commission. The matter has being brought it to the notice of the World Churches Council and the Commission of the Churches asked its notice on the matter to the United Nations for your appropriate decisions.
The World Churches Council Policy Paper on Social Justice and Common Goods is the best policy to the World peace and unity solutions, which has been published on 22 March 2011 and the same is in accordance with Psalm 85. The Church cannot succeed if it, isolates itself, Not only must Christians reach out to Muslims and other faiths in the spirit of ecumenism, but there is a need to embrace other people of different philosophical convictions. This requires ideological tolerance, maturity and self assurance in what one believes in. Such coalition building is made easier by choosing issues that unite organizations and movements and which have less potential causing divisions. At the same time we need an honest and inventive method of dealing with differences. The global movement for economic justice relies considerably on policy analysis and research conducted by hundreds if not thousands of academics researchers and scholars.
Our consequences of the changing power relations in today's world is that there is more room in the public sphere for the affirmation of collective values and principles, experience proves that an informed public opinion can be powerful today, and can change governments public and international agendas. Again Churches are challenged to make use of this opportunity. They need to read the signs of time and to make their voices heard by responding to peoples cries for justice and dignity, and by speaking truth to the powers- whoever and wherever their may be.
Christians do not have ready made answers and solutions to propose. The Bible offers guidelines (love, sharing, justice for the poor) but does not defined one "Christian" economy or "Christian" politics.
Churches and Church related organizations can initiate public debates and largely use media means to reach a broader constituency, furthermore, regional thematic discussions can be facilitated with the ecumenical family. WCC should develop specific analysis depending on the context.
What are theological implications for commodification common goods?
How shall we ensure the participation all people in managing common goods in the world?
How do we deal with power imbalances in the world?
How can the ecumenical family engage itself effectively and in a coherent and convincing way in addressing global power imbalance?
How can WCC lead a climate change campaign with social justice as a focus?
What kind of collective values can be draw for the Churches to guide them in addressing the problem of commodification of common goods?
The above questions have been answered in our research materials available at www.goldenduas.com and alsofacebook.com/research of international development solutions and the same are to be discussed by the Churches, public and all its organizations in the interest of public safety, peace, unity, health, wealth, faith, interfaith

Apparently, human rights do not apply to me. Not only are there people in the U.S. violating the U.N. Declaration, but also almost all of my constitutional rights as a U.S. citizen. I am being tortured, discriminated against, and targeted for destruction without a trial and without due process. When I try to leave the house and find an attorney, I am stalked and turned away. When I try to come online and talk about it I am being censored. When I try to document this police intimidation is used.
We must tell the ideal justice for universal human rights, which is out of natural law and not just individual rights because any rights is prohibited to abuse. Indeed there are economic gap, discrimination and intolerant hatred among us. But taking account of the reason of International Human Rights Bill and other treaties, to respect fully all human rights without distinction is indispensable condition of a human person having worth to enjoy rights as a member of humankind though difficult.
Today there are over 60 different Roma groups. The culture, language is different from group to group. You could kill and hang Roma without trial in Europe until the 1800s! Racism against Roma people must end! Racism against Roma people must end! Roma Means Human! Music is central of human soul for greater universal communication! Romer has been changing and developing music more than Europe and the World knows. Flamenco, Riverdance, The Russian dance is Roma's traditionela dances! Elvis Presly was Roma. All human rights are universal, indivisible, and interrelated. A society where someone is oppressed, discriminated or in poverty, no one can be free and equal. World peace can only possible when all nations shall ratify all international human rights law and all person have conscience to defend human rights. Yet not a few persons neglect this and UN have no power for all nations to force such ratifications. Yet if human being had a worth to exist on the earth, we must combat such severe reality.
Excellent visuals. Lively, attractive. Very adequate for children and perhaps junior youth. However, in my view, the narration is very college-level. This creates a nice contrast, but then I wonder if the makers were clear who the audience was? I would not play this for young children. But adolescents don't like to feel treated as children, so the visuals may be a turn off. I would suggest adapting the narration to children using more concrete language

I woke up this morning and watched some UA-cam videos. They were talking about evolution, human instinct. It's all bullshit. Someone has mentioned that we are all 'things'. That's not true. When I was young I was taken from my mother, as I said, and as far as I'm concerned I was raised by things with no heart or normal parental skills. When I was young I didn't become a part of a clich and start bullying the isolated and awkward peers, like the other 'things' did. I looked around and wondered why everything felt like a prison. Why I was treated differently, why I was picked on, why we had to work for others and not ourselves, why we didn't roam and live free, why we had bizarre rules and laws that didn't seem to apply to everyone. Things are evil, that's my opinion. They bully, they set expectations on others they wouldn't for themselves, they control, they seem to want to achieve accomplishments within the guidelines of a society that to me makes no sense. They accuse people who question authority and set standards of being negative or difficult. They call people lazy or a drain on society if they don't work to achieve within the guidelines of today's social norms. It's funny how they don't let us live in nature with each other, be free, be free of the constraints, work for ourselves, then accuse us of being a drain on society when they use us as slaves, profit from our labour, profit by making us pay for things that are essentially free, or at least should've been, like water which is poisoned now and I still don't hear any talk of it. I thought of something though, and was what I was yelling about when I met this John guy again at the train station. I lived in the same neighborhood with mostly the same neighbours for almost eighteen years. I worked at the beer store down the street from me. I barely left the neighbourhood except to play shows, go to shows which wasn't often and to camp or go to cottages. It took me alot of years since I was put out to the streets and had every supposed friend turn on me, to realize how much of a set up my life was. I was yelling about that Anne-Marie thing who coincidentally invited me to Midland where I was terrified by helicopters and a boat parked in front of me and and now I'm sure they set me up to accuse me of being responsible for the damaged environment I saw after all that happened. Why didn't I see news about it? I think maybe because they knew they were going to blame me. I think I was kept from the real news somehow while the rest of the world saw footage of me being terrified with my hands in the air, because I had no idea what was going on but felt accused or threatened for some reason and that was to make a show to the world that I was responsible somehow. I think they all got something for it, new houses, new cars, secure jobs. Since then I've had threats made against me, never been verbally confronted on anything, never been explained what happened. I've felt I've been drugged as I would take a beer offered to me and feel weird after, drink a coffee offered to me and feel weird after and lately even the weed I smoke seems laced with something. When I was twenty and dating Julian and living on Dentonia Ave. in Toronto, the neighbour we had told the city I was a whore and selling drugs,even though I was in a long term relationship. She filed a complaint accusing me of that and I had no idea why, I still really don't know why. I feel I was set up by all around me and still am. I think whatever things are around me are things and I'm not. I wouldn't do what these disgusting things have done to me, I wouldn't bully others and I wouldn't ruin someone's life and reputation the way the things around me have. Since I haven't been able to find safe and affordable housing, I'm still being lied about and I still see no real justice and I still haven't had an explanation or a legal representative that will help me and is human enough to be honest. I think, in fact I know the way I've been treated since my marriage fell apart is against my human rights and has nothing to do with real justice. These things are cowards and liars and hurt innocent people for their own selfish reasons, and I've said many times I wish them all a conscience. They're evil. For some reason my whole neighbourhood emptied out after that whole fiasco in Midland, so now I barely recognize the neighbours and anyone who could've vouched for me is nowhere to be found, and all my so-called friends seem to choose to lie about me rather than support me. I find that really sad and disgusting, and that is what makes them all things as far as I'm concerned. I don't think real humans would ever be that selfish or cruel. All I can do is hope to meet real people one day who have a real conscience and get genuine help and representation from a real human, not a heartless, selfish thing. I spent two months in Parry Sound, and somehow in those two months, they managed to tell many lies to me about me, and say things around me that were strange and seemed very implicating. It was the same shit it's been sincey life fell apart. Offer me a place to stay, start a random argument or make a false accusation at me, like that Morrie thing who started saying his wife was jealous then was pointing at me saying I was jealous, after just over a week of knowing me, kicked me out twice but then capitulated, and it basically repeated the next place I stayed. I was smoking weed offered to me, and drinking beer to me, and started to feel sick and developed dark circles under my eyes. I got the sweats and realized, I think they're drugging me with something other than just weed. When I was terrified and living on the streets I mentioned before I would find syringes where I was staying and strangers would offer me rides places then seem charitable by giving me twenty dollars when I was down on my luck and broke, and it took me a while to realize theyre trying to make me look like a whore, which I'm not. All the things that have been talking to me since my life fell apart, trying to make it seem as though they're helping me, then screwing me over and putting me back on the street, they all are disgusting things that are ruining my life and reputation for their own agenda, and whenever I did call cops for help, they were not helpful and endedup making me feel more scared and alone. If there is no real justice and these disgusting things aren't man enough to verbally confront me, then I'm screwed. All those who said they were my friends and family and are now accusing me of lies, I wish them to live forever with their new homes and cars, and hope someone will show them what it's like to be lied about and betrayed and hurt in the cowardly and sadistic ways these things do. I wish them all a conscience. I think its disgusting what I've been through. I think it's disgusting the cowardly and horrible lies and false accusations they've made about me. I think they're all disgusting cowards and things. I would never be what they are. That's because I'm human, not a thing like they are.

If human rights are innate then they are discovered, not invented. The UN declaration contains rights that were simply invented, specifically articles 22-29, the so-called social and economic rights. These are therefore not true fundamental rights. The UN declaration has been disseminating erroneous human rights. To my knowledge there has been no objective theory of human rights developed until I did so, starting in 1999 and published in 2008 in book form: "Human Rights, What Are They Really?"

The Universal Declaration is a verbatim translation of it. It's 2500 years old. So let's not make ridiculous claims. West didn't exist when King Cyrus the Great ordered the creation of Human Rights. The text seems relatively good, but some of the visuals are very odd choices; the hammer and sickle on the red shirt of the Asian looking person is a divisive and confusing choice. Doesn't really make sense (China is not much of a communist country at this point) and is very distracting and inflammatory. Also, the African character is rather odd looking and has zombie eyes. Again, distracts from the point of the film. Also, I agree with Tracedeyer that the text is mature but the visuals not.
