In dashboard payment setting, it reviews both paypal button and credit or debit card button. But in the store, in cart page and checkout page, it shows only one paypal button. Please give me further guide, thanks

Yes PayPal gives chargeback when user request it. You can update tracking numbers on the PayPal site but it will not prevent fake chargeback all the time.

They get a commission from every transactions. Usually every payments gateway has their own commission rates.

Every payment gateway require customera billing details including billing address. I don't think you can remove them.
