I had just now noticed that in the menu section of my WooCommerce app, there is a section labeled “Payments” in order to take payments on the go. I my website sells online classes. I did a test payment months ago when I launched my website. At which time, I noticed it took a day or so for this sample/test payment to hit my bank account. I now saw that there is a way to turn on “pay in person” option. I just turned this on, and am wondering if I should do that. Will this now cause the payment to hit my account immediately? Or should I have left this off /not activated?
The “Pay in Person” option in your WooCommerce app allows you to accept payments directly during in-person transactions, which can be convenient for events or classes. However, it won't necessarily change how quickly payments hit your bank account for online transactions. When you process payments online, they typically go through a payment gateway and can take a few days to reflect in your account, regardless of whether you have the “pay in person” option enabled. If you're mainly selling online classes and not conducting in-person transactions, you might not need this feature activated.
After watching this video, Hostinger videos are just for the US market ... because only US and may UK use these payment methods some parts of Asia don't use Stripe, PayPal or Square
Hi there, Thank you for your comment! While this video focuses on popular payment methods like Stripe, PayPal, and Square, which are widely used in regions like the US and UK, we understand that payment preferences vary by location. WooCommerce does support many other region-specific gateways, and we’ll be sure to highlight more options for different markets in future content.

This is one of the strongest accents ever 😅
how do I add square though?
Hi! For square payments, you need to install WPForms and add a addon called "Square Addon" 🙏
