- The old video took me a 1.5 weeks to edit... and I hated it. So I filmed and edited this video on a Saturday :) It is never too late to pivot!
Saying "no" when you don’t want to do something is the kindest thing you can do because it respects your own boundaries and ensures you're not overextending yourself. It also prevents resentment or frustration from building up, which can harm your relationships. It's about being kind, not just nice, because kindness considers both your needs and the long-term well-being of others, while being "nice" often involves people-pleasing at the expense of your own peace.
