we tried to build a house by spinning a random time limit, and then for each new room in this modern house the time gets cut in HALF

Challenge idea: once you use an item, it cannot be used in any other room in the house. It can be used as many times as you want in that room, but ONLY that room. Up to you if you want to include palette options in that.
Oooh something like this but maybe once they use items from a pack, they can't use that pack in any other room? Not include base [possibly debug too]. Since they have so many packs right now.
I think that's a great idea and they should absolutely try it

I originally thought of each item only once, but that may be a bit too much. Most rooms it won't matter a HUGE amount, but clutter is where they're going to have to get creative. Though each item only once if they want more of a challenge
The in unison “THATS A RUG” made me realise that these two really do have telepathy.

The built is so good, especially if you think about the fact that the combined time was just 31 minutes.
And I have been loving TotK so much, I finished the main story two weeks ago, but I still have so much side quests left.
Their 2 minute bedroom is better than my 4 hour bed and rug combo.
Modern was definitely the way to go! Definitely helps you lean into the minimalism

....Okay that's it, it's settled, you guys just have an innate, MASTERFUL design sense (not to mention knowing the build menus inside and out) to be able to build a house _this quickly_ and have it look halfway decent.
What about an "everything is not what it seems" challenge? Where you try to use as many things for something that is not their intended use, have hidden rooms, secret gardens, etc.

as a sims 4 player that has a love/hate relationship with building you both are LIFESAVERS
Being a twin myself, I felt the unison "that's a rug!!" 😂 that was great.
The cuts during the 2 minute bedroom had me dying! I'm sure that it really helped to keep the flow of the video up, but watching the timer skip like 2 seconds every 5-10 seconds, and then the 30 second cut when you guys were choosing a rug had me in tears! You guys did a really cool job with this build!

Out of all sims UA-camrs you have been the easiest to Learn from In general with small things like buttons, commands, raising and lowering foundations etc. I love it
This build is giving a very AirB&B/rental investment house feel to it, with the aggressively neutral colour palette and the complete lack of your normal personal touches. It's a really interesting contrast!
This place is actually so cute! Anyone could download it off the gallery & easily add their own touches thanks to it being simply decorated.

Idk how I even got here, but I watch your videos all the time as comfort, the stakes are low, the vibes are perfect, and your connection is so comfortable. I dont ever watch any sims play or builds however the way Caryn and connie does it is honestly kinda calming and very enjoyable to watch.. Challenge idea: a one room house, you can use half wall for privacy things like bathrooms, and the house can be any shape, it just needs to be one room.
Also I really liked this video and have been waiting for one to come out
I just want to say - the energy you both bring, the style and sophistication of your builds, and the clean video format and editing are a great package and single-handedly making me want to reinstall the Sims 4 and update my collection to go back to my "Everything is custom made" world save I was working on. I have a weird feeling most of your subscribers are either really into the sims, artists, interior designers or architects. Or at least wanting to become one of those things.
Watching your older videos really shows how much you've improved when building with a time limit lol I feel like in more recent builds with even crazier time limits you were able to fit and do even more things, which is just mind-blowing!
I think you should’ve halved the time again and given yourselves 30 seconds at the end for little fixes in any room!
