- An Air Canada employee and former employee are among the suspects Toronto police have identified in connection with the largest gold heist in Canadian history.
The 2023 heist at Toronto’s Pearson Airport made international headlines last year, after it was reported that 6,600 gold bars valued at over $20 million had been stolen.
Multiple people have been identified in connection with the case - which police now say was an “inside job.”

Everyone knows that these guys are sacrificial pawns who where promised "gold" and ended up being arrested. The rear perps are going about their business as usual.
I have a close relative who went on a killing spree. Murdered 3 people and served LESS than 20 years in Prison and is walking among us now FREE as a bird. Sleep tight Canada!

Last time I travelled through Pearson at baggage claim there were 3-5 Indian male employees who apparently spoke no English or were pretending not to understand handling everyone's luggage- taking them off of the conveyors and stacking them in a huge pile. When I asked what they were doing they just walked away and went to another flight's conveyor and did the same thing. Took forever to find my suitcase since they were no longer sorted by flight, just in a huge pile.
Two Air Canada employees. First time in 2024 that someone at Air Canada was on time.

Why is it disgusting? This was a well thought out plan, perfectly executed. The poor guys arrested where just workers. The real benificiaries are running the Pc party of ontario. Hint: They have the same last name as a ford 150 pickup truck.

The guys that where arrested are just the workers. The real mngmt behind this are hiding in plane sight in city hall and in offices all over the GTA. This was a big pro job. Only the workers get nailed. And, these poor guys now have to deal with it...
