So glad you’re talking about being tense. My golf teacher is a lifetime PGA Pro and has been teaching for 35 years+ now. The first thing he said when he saw me at address was how tense I was because all I wanted to do was smack the shit out of that ball with my muscles. He rolled my shoulders back and dropped them, loosened my grip and made my neck sit on a swivel. That was such a huge change for me in my swing. I still catch myself death gripping and slouching from time to time and I hear my coach in my head saying “You’re gonna pop a vessel if you grip it any tighter!” Lol.
Your ball contact is amazing every time and just effortless. I have to realy focus as I'm left handed playing right so I can get messed up if I get tired and forget my trail arm and grip. I start focusing on my left hand and then it all goes wrong. Ben Hogan had simular trouble especialy with his putting
